Raman KUnsafe Experience with U-Haul in Snow Yesterday I rented a U-Haul during heavy snowfall, and the vehicle was extremely unsafe to drive. The truck kept slipping on the road due to poor tire traction. The staff said the tires were “all-purpose,” but they were clearly not suitable for snowy conditions. I felt panicked and unsafe throughout the trip. I reported this to the store manager and also recorded a video as proof. Very disappointing experience.
VISHNU VThe car was very old and not maintained well. Even I could not close the door of driver easily and it made several problems while driving for me. I was not satisfied with the very old car and I think I wasted my money
Ali MWe arrived at this location to drop off the uhaul truck and was told by the 2 guys working there that we have to take the uhaul back to Waterloo to drop it off there as they ONLY accept the uhaul that was rented in their shop for drop off while the paperwork I have in my hand has their address on it as a drop off location. My sister is pregnant and almost due and at this night we had to wait over an hour on our feet begging these Indian guys to accept the truck so we can drive back to London with our children whom were all tired and hungry. Very terrible experience, service and customer support
ASSATA KFor one way travels please have more fuel efficient trucks available. Have done this trip with same sized truck and used half the fuel consumption. Truck consumption was averaging 35L per 100km, pervious truck consumption was 20L per 100km.

ROBERT VDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to dispute a gas charge applied to my recent rental (Reservation #: 95353377). I picked up the van on November 1 at the following location: Hasty Market 11 Westwood Dr Kitchener, ON N2M 2K5 When I picked up the van, I did notice that the tank was not actually full. However, the counter staff told me that it was full. At the time, I was in a hurry to start moving my belongings, so I did not make an issue of it. Before returning the van, I stopped at a Shell gas station and added $25 worth of fuel, ensuring the tank was almost full — in fact, it was more fuel than when I initially picked up the vehicle. I can provide the Shell gas receipt to verify this. Despite this, I was charged $10.62 for 6 liters of gas, which I believe is unreasonable. MUHAMMED TOrdered dollies not available at location and no prior intimation to customer. I had to drive to other location to get couple dollies which took 10more kilometers almost around 10$ costs me more. This location owner provided small dolly for free but it doesn’t help much. I lost both time and money.

IBRAHIM WOur UHaul had someone else’s trash in it, the AC didn’t work (it only blew hot air), and the dolly included in the truck had a flat tire, so we couldn’t use it. Very poor experience.
