I booked truck $20.95 and ended up picking ip $39.95 which i didnt even know, till i got charged

The site said the merchant was there at 5 AM, the reservation was booked for 5:30 AM. Took a lot of organizing to get there that early there was no merchant there when we arrived. SIGN on the door at 6 AM and there was a few other people there as well. Very poor coordination between Uhaul and the vendor

fangxuan zThere are two things at this location that I feel would make this experience better for the next customer. First of all, make sure you don’t leave without checking the mileage and the fuel as the mileage was wrong (which would have made my paying more kilometers) and the vehicle was not full of fuel(3/4 tank), thus, I put more gas in than I needed to. My receipt was adjusted to reflect my pictures of before and after but I still paid too much for gas.
CRAIG DMake sure you have the truck they pay for, dont give them a truck thats half the size, and is damaged. The back door latch was fucked and welded on a million times so it broke and almost destroyed all of my belongings. Which you wouldn't have paid for.
