While the location and the truck were fine, I was INCREDIBLY frustrated with the issue of the appliance dolly that was presented to me as an option to rent, the system allowed me to book it, and then I was charged for it. When I took the truck with me, I assumed it was in the back as booked (BIG MISTAKE) and then picked up my appliance but then had no way to get it out of the truck. But I had to continue with it all and go to ANOTHER PLACE and PAY MILEAGE to pick up another rental from another business. And then I was shuttled back and forth between customer service and scheduling FIVE TIMES at over 20 minutes a wait each time to be told that I needed to just put up with your subpar service. It was ridiculous and frustrating and I will be using anywhere but UHaul whenever I can in the future.
