My truck was grimy (centre console and dashboard) and those whole truck stank of livestock & barn

Gregg SAlthough the customer care associate was nice and understanding in the beginning. The equipment was not clean at all. the truck smelled very badly and old nut shells were left in the cup holder. When i was able to check the back of the u-haul , there was still old clothes left in the truck that also smelled. knowing i had no moving help - they did not want to extend my time slot even though i had requested a longer period while booking via phone customer care. As the time approached to bring the truck back. the Rep was pretty rude to me over the phone. Even after i told him that there were clothes that set me back. I was late by 15 mins and was still charged a late fee. all that matters is that i was able to move my stuff.
Renee WTruck engine light was on the entire time we used it. This was abit concerning for us. The cost of mileage was quite expensive.

Abisoye AEnsure gas cap in on truck.. I feel my trip consumed more gas then usual becuz I was driving around with no gas cap. Easy fix.. caused unnecessary stress
