It would be nice to confirm location pick up more than 24 hours in advance. I had to call the location to confirm my pick up since I knew I was going to be picking up very early in the morning before the location opened. I also was not prepared for the second identification/assurance step as part of the check in, so that was a struggle to find someone else who was awake at the time. Passport and lease papers were all packed up already. Thankfully, my employer information worked somehow. But Hauilin Motorsports was very friendly over the phone and took care of securing a truck for me.

This was the best U- haul experience ever. From being able to make the reservation online, choosing your service options, seeing your estimated cost based on the number of miles it takes to make your u-haul a success. It took the guess work out of renting. The owner was awesome, very professional courteous and friendly. The whole process was very quick and easy. I will if needed choose this location again and again. I will also share with anyone that need a hassle free U-haul service.

The location was ok - nothing good or bad. Quick service on a busy morning. The truck was ready to go. I had previously ordered a dolly, however the location did not have one available. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so that I could have made other arrangements.

was upset that i was a hour late

Driver side headlight was out. License plate light was broken and hanging, not working. The AC vent was broken. The roll up door kept getting stuck. It was very dark and no lighting when I picked up the truck and returned it. I can go on with the issues. I would not recommend this place and in the future I would look into Penske or other trucking companies nearby. Very disappointed and the price was ridiculous.
