I can’t think of anything that y’all could do to improve only because the pick up was easy. The drop off was just as easy. The U-Haul was clean. It was ready to go no issues. The individual in charge of this location did a phenomenal job with helping us pick up the keys and making sure we were set before we drove off, his customer service was top-tier. I recommend him to any and everybody!!!
