I have been renting from U-Haul for over 30 years. I have rented every type of equipment you have to offer, some several times over. I have never had an experience with a location like this one. I arrived on Saturday morning to pick up a rental that I reserved earlier in the week, and they forgot to put the keys in the lockbox for me. I had to go to a different location to pick up a truck. I received a call that evening and I was told by a U-Haul representative that I would get a $50 credit for the guaranteed rental, but it was never taken off the bill. The truck was very dirty, the box was not swept out. The transmission shifter is falling off the column. The fuel light was on with 38 miles to empty. The air conditioning was not blowing very well. The digital part of the gauges came on and off when it felt like working. I will never rent from this location again. I will however continue to use U-Haul in the future because I have always been satisfied with the services.

Lock box jammed but the young lady was nice who helped me open it.Ordered a dolly that was not present was told I would have to take a 30 drive to receive one.
