Be very early to puck up...I was15 miss early and my truck was gone and I was left with a smaller truck which took more trips..It was obvious that they didn't pay attention to their reservations, they were about to sale I truck I got until I voiced that I had reservation... Pickup time was scheduled for Thursday 2/25 at 7:45 pm. I waited 1 hour and about 20 minutes to receive the truck because the wife did not have keys and was unable to release the truck. During this waiting time, the wife continued to tell me he was 5 mins away. An hour and 20 mins later he finally showed. After starting the moving process that day, I was exhausted. I was not happy when I had to walk in the dark by myself to the back of the building that had no light to retrieve the truck and place the additional equipment ordered in the truck myself. (Rented from Uhal two times before and never had to do this) I did not do a thorough check of the truck because I was along in the back of the building which was dark and full of garbage. Upon returning the vehicle, I asked the man if he wanted to do a walkthrough and he stated â€œno I will email you a recieptâ€. Approximately two hours later I received the receipt through email. I noticed that a rental that should have costed $93 dollars was $138. I was charged a smoking fee. Not once did we smoke in the truck. When I returned to this location to ask about it the guy said he had ashes in the ashtray. Again, I know I didn't check the vehicle prior to driving off the property but I did not smoke in the vehicle. Vehicle had no smoke smell or anything. Questioned the man about this and he was beyond rude. This led to a huge disagreement with the man and his wife. Will NEVER recommend this location to anyone. I wish I would have listened to the reviews on this location prior to renting. They should not be allowed to handle uhauls! Very disappointed and would not ever recommend this place to anyone.Alessandra P.

Pads were initially forgotten. When we finally got them they had been outside the location. Now I'm being charged for damaged pads that were already not in new condition and had dirt? Being charged a cleaning fee when truck was returned the exact same if not better? There was dirt & leaves in it when we got it that we took care of ourselves so in essence it was returned in better condition. I'm disputing these charges. Please contact me. This location isn't a good representation of uhaul. They seemed like they had no idea what they were doing when we picked up the truck.Kelly P.

The bad was the truck cab had sand and and dog hair in it. The people did not come from behind the counter to conduct a walk around inspection, nor did they indicate that I needed to do one. The cab had a foul odor. The good is that he truck was in good shape. It ran very well. I did air it out and clean out the cab before driving almost 1400 miles.John A.

My reservation was moved to this location due to the location originally chosen not having the size truck needed. I called and was told the time I wanted to pick up the truck was too early (which was the time they opened). I came at 8 am and was told the u-haul man was not there and as it was the day after Christmas it's a holiday and they do not rent trucks. I informed them that I confirmed my reservation days ago and it states guaranteed availability and renting. The woman at the front did not care. When I picked up the phone to call uhaul the woman behind the counter proceeded to yell at me and ask why I was on the phone with uhaul. She was very rude and if they represent uhaul as a corporation I will NOT be renting from them again. The service was absolutely horrible and the people were rude. The truck was FILTHY!!! There was trash thrown everywhere. In using my Lysol wipes to clean the truck out, the wipe was black from the dirt on the drivers seat. I repeat.... I will NEVER utilize uhaul again if this is how they are represented.tanishan S.

I reserved a trailer for two days At $18 per day when I went to pick it up your system was down and I cannot get it so I had to come back the next day so I only rented the trailer for one day but you your location charged me for two days still waiting on a call from your area supervisor, I was overcharged so I'll have to call my credit card company And contest the charge if I don't receive a callmichael S.
The location was very unprofessional and rude. He kept trying to charge me for extra things like SafeMove which I already purchased. He also kept going in the back room with my ID and credit card, which is strange and unprofessional. Then when we returned the UHaul, he charged us for 150 miles when we only went 40.Josie J.

My experience dealing with this place was horrible. The attendant was rude and careless. At the moment of the pick she made me wait 15 minutes because she was finishing up her breakfast. The truck was dirty, with equipment that I did not required (dolly, blankets, etc) also full of trash. The cabin was bad too, dog hair everywhere, dust, sticky stuff all over the console. This location is horrible. I rent frequently from uhaul and I was forced to use this location. The staff that operates the store are very unfriendly people and personally, i feel they attempt to get over on the customer. When i returned the truck, no one came out to inspect it not did I get a receipt. Just an ok you're done and then find out a day later I have to dispute my mileage charges. This is the 2nd time dealing with this location and I WILL NOT AGAIN!! U haul needs to do better and get better representation for their name!Teretha R.

The entire experience was horrible. We reserved at one location. The day before pick up we were notified we had to pick up at a different location. That location was a dirt lot with a shack. When we arrived the agent came out and I told him we were here to pick up a 26' truck and tow dolly. He disappeared for ten minutes and returned and said, "The equipment doesn't work you will have to go somewhere else." Nobody should ever be sent to a lot that is a sketchy as this location. I would have been scared to give my credit card if the equipment would have been operable. So called your service number and was on hold for 20 minutes and was told the original location was no longer a UHAUL location. We had driven by that location on the way to the unsavory dirt lot and saw there was a truck and tow dolly sitting in their lot. After arguing with the agent we were sent to the original pick up location. The keys were handed to us and no explanation about anything for either piece of equipment. My husband had to attach the tow dolly on his own with no explanation or assistance from the agent. The interior of the truck was filthy and smelled of cigarettes smoke and weed. We were told the 24 furniture pads were in the back. All of this took about 4 hours. We were paying 2 helpers to help us load the truck and ended up paying 8 hours of nothing because of the mess your agents created. We were given 6 pads instead of the 24 pads. I spoke to a customer service agent and was told that a supervisor would call within 72 hours to discuss my challenges. Of course going with the previous poor service we received, I did not get a call. When making a long distance move this was completely unacceptable.pieber P.

I tried renting the uhaul again 2 days later and the owner wanted to place a $170 hold onto my card (which I didn't have). Stating it's was for security reasons when I already reserved the truck online and was ready for the pick up. I explained there wasn't a hold placed the first time why am I being told that now. She couldn't give me a definite answer. Another gentlemen came for a uhaul and she didn't require a $170 hold or any hold for that matter on his card. I felt discriminated against and when I asked why am I being charged a hold and not the gentleman they couldn't tel me.paige S.
It took multiple days for them to check my truck in. I dropped it off at night and they wouldn't check it in then. The next day they still didn't check it in even after I called them twice and called U-Haul once. The next day I called them again multiple times and they were rude to me and I had to get U-Haul customer service and then the U-Haul Traffic department involved before they finally checked in the truck. What's worse, but not their fault, was that when I reserved the truck a month earlier I had selected a different, much closer, drop off location, but was sent to this location instead. They need to clean the inside drivers cab better. I was charged a fee of $25 for dog hair or pet hair and I own neither. Those hair was already in the truck before I got the truck and the funny thing I observed that same truck being rented to another customer without the hair being cleaned out. How would you rate this location overall? Very messy with a car wash and BBQ grill setup on the side.Was the location clean and inviting? NO the doors were locked and you had to pay for gas through a plexiglass window the gas pumps did not work.. Were the personnel helpful? Not at all took credit card I was paying for gas and made extra charges. Would you recommend this location to a friend? No way I would recommend this place they were very unprofessional and used my credit card for charges they were not authorized to do..robert A.

the Owners of the chevron husband & Wife where very unprofessional and rude they took my information pulled up my reservation and changed my rental time for 4hrs and mileage estimate to 150miles when I put 20miles as my original estimate on line. ended up going 16miles total. and they even tried to lie and put down wrong mileage on the dash to gain 10miles off me hoping I would overlook that. got there at 11:30am was told the computers were down and had to come back at 5pm which i did had zero other locations local to go to they were all booked at the time. worst experience ever and never going to go there not even for gas. and will tell all family, friends, and clients the same.Anthony S.

I was over charged for gas. I had driven 20 miles and put in more than enough gas. The manager put in an additional $40 in gas. No way will I recommend this UHaul.Beulah K.
The person at pick up place was useless. I , 75 year old man, hooked up the transport . It was dark I was holding a flash light and hooking up while he watched me. He finally said that he could hold the flash light. He just stood there and watched me hook up the lights and checked to see if they were working .He didn't sand in back to check to see if they worked. Upon arrival a limited speaking Indian told me he would be there in a few minutes. As he walked outside he told me to put the trailer over on the grass. I told him i had fallen and hurt my shoulder and it was his responsibility to unload and move the trailer . He said i should have paid someone to help me. I told him my understanding this was uhaul owners job to do so. I've never had any problems with any agents of uhaul loading and unloading trailers. being retired military i have rented NUMEROUS trucks and trailers form Uhaul.
