Picking after over the phone confirmation, should not take over an hour, apparently the person who was on site does not process the U-Haul rentals and had to keep calling the owner for assistance. Then upon returning the trailer the owner was onsite and rude, he didn’t even bother to come out to verify the condition of the trailer. He was unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with, I would suggest that U-Haul remove him and his site as a vendor.

Auto trailer not available on scheduled day. I had to drive over hour to receive it. The 26 foot truck rental was also not available at set location. Went to the reissued location and it was not available! Had to go to a 3rd scheduled location to receive my rental truck. That's three times I was let down by Uhaul! I had movers waiting on set day. I'll try and find one of your comparatives next time I need a rental.

RALPH NU-Haul said they have all of the dollies I needed but did not have any at time of arrival. They deliberately lied to U-Haul and did not update their database. I called U-Haul and they did not take any responsibility, neither the owner at the pick-up location. They purposely hide information to get you to come to their location to pick up the truck and then later tell you they don't have your equipment, then you're left stranded and under pressure to make a decision to either take the truck or waste more time trying to get to a location who has everything. This company needs to be removed from U-Haul services due to their deceitful and dishonest practices.

Anderson TUhaul has a practice of adding safe move to your agreement without permission. They will have a class action lawsuit soon with this practice. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Wanda RUpon arrival to pick up - 5pm appt - was told had to come back in 1 hour due to person who handles was not in. Person who handles showed up 630 pm - was given a Uhaul with plastic trash and pcs in back - not clean not swept. Location had no equipment that was reserved "furniture dolly" also advised he had not pads or anything else. When returning hours showed 0900-2300 but location was closed - no drop box for keys after completing the online drop - had to leave keys in glove compartment of the truck due to no other place to put them. Horrible experience picking up and returning! Will not use this location or reccommend in the future. Penske location down the street is way better and easier to work with.
Jack JWant my money back . They took so long to give me my dolly that they cancel my pickup. I talk to the lady in front counter that I don't need the dolly anymore and she said that there nothing she can do, she did not even try to contact costumer service. I never use the equipment.

kyle aTold the guy I was only driving about 20 miles total. It ended up being 22 miles. The guy behind the counter practiced poor customer service, was talking on his phone the whole time. What really set me off was he put down for the bank to hold 100 miles after I told him 20. THAT COULD HAVE FUCKED ME. If my rent would’ve been takin out that day I would’ve overdrafted my account and put me in a serious financial bind. I would’ve understood holding for 50 miles that would’ve been easier to comprehend but 100 was extremely unreasonable and excessive.
Benjamin HI was given a dirty truck with roaches running around and had a slipping transmission. On top of that he charged me for 6 days $590 instead of what I had it from 8:30pm Saturday night Nov. 4 to 10am Monday Nov. 6 around which should've been around $300ish!

LUIS TThe truck we reserved over a month ago was not working properly. They tried to change it out and there was a broken tailgate lift. NO one called prior to inform us. The truck was extremely dirty. It took 1 hiyr because the couldn't find the dolly or the blankets so we had to go to another store to rent this. No one checked the truck when we got back and then they said we were 3 gallons less on gas so they charged hours later. Lol. This place is not professional at all.
Richard WTrailer did not have trailer hookup, fender was broken and rattling, husband owner told me to "buy new wires and I will refund you the money" I bought new wires and when I turned in the trailer the wife owner told me she would get her husband two different times but made no attempt to get her husband and when I handed her the wires she then told me to just keep them. Prior to returning trailer the husband called me and got rude with me asking me to bring the trailer back early because he has another family he needs to help. Although I had rented it for 24 hours, still needed it, and told the husband that, he got mad and hung up on me. Not professional, not friendly, I was lied to and cost me an extra $30 for their negligence but if you have patience and need a uhaul youll get one. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they were open until 9PM and had a trailer I could rent. Everything else was just upsetting.

DARYLE HI was given the smaller U-Haul when I reserved the medium size one. The U-Haul stunk so bad and was dusty and dirty in cabin and actual box had some white dust all on floor so had to sweep that so it would not get on my belongings. The people at the store I pick it up from look either tired or like I had bothered them and I dealt with two different people at pick up and drop off. Never again!

Charles WI scheduled a pick up for a truck and a tow dolly. I get to the location and it’s a tan down gas station and they didn’t know shit about the order. I basically had to reorder it and wait for them. When I arrived the tow dolly was not safe to drive at all. They had no idea what to do. Called u haul and got no help. Was told I would get a refund. Never received one. So I payed for a tow dolly I never used. Very disappointed and would not refer or use u haul again.

David SThe store owner made statement that I could only pay with a credit card, and this was something that U-Haul required. I debated that with him because I had rented 3 weeks prior and was able to pay with my debit card. Then he proceeded to say it was his policy. Then without asking me the total mileage I would be traveling he automatically billed me for a 100 miles and I was just traveling within the same city limits. I would definitely not visit this site ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Horrible experience.
