The clerk was very helpful in conveying all the important information I needed to rent, use, and return the U-Haul. He also went out of his way to share an instruction video on setting up the towing trailer and all the safety measures to take. All in all, it was a great customer experience.
Luke GYou can remove Hawgs Window Tinting from renting out your equipment. They closed before posted hours with no instructions for key. I made sure to return at 5:20, hours posted on door said closes at 5:30. Wound up charging me twice as much than if I had paid to have my two chairs delivered by the furniture store and four times what I was quoted by UHaul. I have been a lifelong customer but never again. Charged $267.00 for 2 hours rental. Never.... ever again.

DIANA BCharged me fuel surcharge. I did refuel the vehicle. Have picture to prove fuel level indicator. Parking lot is gravel and with mud holes. Inside of store is nothing to what I’m used at UHaul stores.
Dan HI rented the truck from another location, it was moved to this location. It’s a chore getting in or out this lot. I was called the day prior. Thank you for that. All the other issues I had was with U-haul itself but I doubt that I will get a survey on how they did.

Marina LI had to change my reservation last minute bc my original reservation could not be honored. This was especially frustrating bc a Uhaul representative made the reservation for me. I had to reschedule twice due to a Uhaul error but was only given the $50 reservation guarantee once.
Brent AThe store was closed even though at online it was showing open till 1 pm. After all hassles, I got the keys but there was no utility dolly which was ordered. Another hour wasted in calling customer care and getting dolly from another location. Overall had very bad experience.

Ujjwal AThey stated they would be there until 5:00pm. Arrived at 2:30pm and the place was closed up. No directions how to ‘self check out’. Figured it out, obviously. Truck leaked rain inside and damaged multiple boxes with books, paperbacks and posters.

Mallory HNo customer would like to get yelled saying “Get out”. I was there to drop the truck, I waited for 15 min and asked how soon I can check out. He said uhaul doesn’t pay him and that I had to wait and then he said “Get out” twice if not he would call 911. This would be the last time I would be renting an Uhaul, 2 of my friends were there and they too were surprised by the treatment we got. This is just ridiculous customer support.
DINESH RThe vehicle was in disgusting condition. It was a rolling ashtray w filled with dog hair and ashes. The back doors were also damaged and difficult to close.
James MI was t there during drop off so can’t answer a few of these questions. The only downside is them being closed on the day the truck was returned. The issue we had from them being closed was we had to end up calling a customer service associate due to the mileage being inputted wrong. It was imputed as 99246 but it was supposed to be 9246 so when we returned it it wouldnt let us do the after hour mobile return so we were on the phone for about 45mins with a customer service associate trying to get it returned.

aleks pHorrible place to rent a U-Haul from. Find any other location besides here. I was not provided my Dolly or blankets that I paid for and I clearly stated that on check in and check out and was still charged for something I didn’t receive. Horrible customer service and shady business practice.

JAMES Di specifically chose the 24/7 self service pickup option to be able to pick up the rental van at/around midnight - showed up to the u-haul location to pick up my rental and when i got to the location (more than half an hour away from my house) the app wouldn't let me process the pick up and told me my reservation had been changed to an in-person pick up and i needed to come back the following morning at 9am when the store opened, this cost me HOURS of travel time and delayed my trip significantly. when i picked up the van and asked why this had been changed and why wasn't i alerted and the attendant just shrugged and said "i don't know" - this was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. i should have been informed at least by the day before my pick up date that my reservation had changed, absolutely unacceptable.
Jennifer LThe 24/7 check in for pick up would not work on the App. We had to call CS and eventually got it to work by going to your website. The drop off did work on the App.

Robert RNone of the additional rental equipment was provided from my order even when charged for it. I had to call to get a refund that wasn’t even the whole amount of the additional equipment rental.
Cody SThis location is a bit awkward to get out of. Perhaps have some cartoon maps of the location and suggested routes give the side and lack of mobility with larger hauling apparatus? This location added 5 miles to my plans vs. the requested location. No explanation why Uhaul moved. Was charged more of extra mileage = disappointed.
