I had to change my reservation last minute bc my original reservation could not be honored. This was especially frustrating bc a Uhaul representative made the reservation for me. I had to reschedule twice due to a Uhaul error but was only given the $50 reservation guarantee once.
Brent A.The store was closed even though at online it was showing open till 1 pm. After all hassles, I got the keys but there was no utility dolly which was ordered. Another hour wasted in calling customer care and getting dolly from another location. Overall had very bad experience.
