CODY AMy car cought on fire on the car dolly, tried calling road side assistance and they were unable to help us and said to call back at 4 am Arizona time when I'm in Oklahoma, when calling to make a claim about the damage the person we talked to said they would pick up the dolly even though the dolly and car were basically infused together and said "I guess we will get that too" in a sarcastic tone. Talked to a representative on the number that was given
Judith Cthe floor was not swept and was very dirty. The driver door does not close properly and has a warning indicator on the entire drive. only by slamming the door can the warning go off.

JAMES BThe truck was dirty and had torn seats. It only had a quarter tank of gas when I checked it out. I was told to return it with at least a quarter tank. I stoped and put $45.00 in the tank which put it over half tank but when I turned it in they were to busy to properly check it in. When I got my final bill they charge me an extra $46.30 in fuel charges. When I called to talk to them about it they were rude and refuse to talk about it unless I had taken pictures of the dash. I’ve used u-haul for several moves and never had an issue but if U-Haul sends me to this outfit again I will refuse to deal with this U-Haul dealership Hawgs window tinting is bad for U-Haul they just want to charge extra for gas. When they don’t give you a truck that is full of gas when you check is out.

KATHLEEN EU-Haul in general could lower the mileage rate or give so many miles with each truck and if you go over then pay a rate. I booked for $48 and my bill was $120 with all the extras.

KATIE CI rented a 10ft truck but got a call saying they had a 15ft truck ready for me so I asked if the price was the same and he said yes. I think the total was like 382.50 but when I get there to pick up the truck the price is now 502 and the rate is not the same. The guy called uhaul and got the price lowered but it was still not the price that I made the reservation at.

ROBERT MPerson renting me my equipment was clearly not on the page with uhaul customer service. They tried to charge me more than the price that I was quoted, and he never mentioned that a free storage came with my renting a truck.

LAWRENCE TDrop-off was on a Sunday, so the location was unmanned. I am unable to answer survey questions due to that fact.
William STrain personnel when it comes to clients returning rentals if we cannot drop off at that location then the customer needs to be told that there will be a charge fee of $300 if it’s not dropped off at the location where it was parked up. I could have avoided an outrageous $300 charge which is ridiculously high
SORAMIS PNo one was there and although the instructions for drop off in the app seemed to be clear, I was very unsure I was doing the right thing so was worried about extra fees and the safety of leaving the vehicle. Perhaps clarification about the drop off from the place I picked up the truck would have been helpful.

America MI have probably rented 25 u hauls. (4 kids, college and lots of moves). This u haul was the dirtiest I have ever had. So much mud on the side view mirror you could hardly see out of it. Dried coke spilling down the cup holders. Not vacuumed on the inside. I was thankful to have the truck and I had no issues with the truck but it was filthy
Amy CWe requested a two day rental . The lady told us on returning the truck to call the place beforehand to make sure they were open due to the holiday weekend . We went to call and they were closed . We are new to the area and has never been to the return place and did not know it had a drop off box for keys . We were charged for the extra day because we called and left message asking what to do with truck and upon returning it found that she didn’t ring us up correctly with the two day rental so we were charged a lot of fees!!!

He also went out of his way to share an instruction video on setting up the towing trailer and all the safety measures to take. All in all, it was a great customer experience.
Luke GYou can remove Hawgs Window Tinting from renting out your equipment. They closed before posted hours with no instructions for key. I made sure to return at 5:20, hours posted on door said closes at 5:30. Wound up charging me twice as much than if I had paid to have my two chairs delivered by the furniture store and four times what I was quoted by UHaul. I have been a lifelong customer but never again. Charged $267.00 for 2 hours rental. Never.... ever again.
