Shakeel CWhy 10’F truck doesn’t have loading Ramp! Something essential like that cannot be out of truck function! I wan never been notified during the reservation nor that it was even optional, given that it has to be a part of the truck rental price. This create additional pain and effort.
Haytham AJust about everything was excellent. The gas tank of the UHaul was under half full when I got it, which is fine, but I put in way more gas than I actually used (probably by about $50). They said there was nothing they could do about that. So just be careful not to overfill the tank like me.

Houman AI rented a Van for 4 hours at a rate of $39.95 plus I chose the $16 insurance. Only drove 38 kms and brought it back after 2 hours 15 minutes and my bill is $118?!!!!

Nader WVan was very dusty and dirt all over floor, they guy who rented to us insisted we pump are gas at his location and then questioned me at drop off when I said I did not fill it there and I filled it somewhere else then he kept trying to ask where even made me go take a photo of the dash board for him to see the gas level even tho I did it online already

Peter DI was charged an extra $20 after hours fee for returning the trailer earlier? I thought it was going to be at a discounted rate for the earlier return. I only had it for 2.5 hours. He said he was new and once the return was completed I would get an email with a receipt. I would have just returned it in the morning, know it would be extra not less. I really hope this gets fixed when I call tomorrow. Not impressed!
MAT FNo one told me what trailer to take nor did any help me hook it up. I did not get a drop off location

Andrew RMaybe the owner was a little busy. Running a store and a very busy Uhaul business seems like a lot. The phone for the uhaul never quit ringing and he never quit answering plus trying to help people infront of him.

Brett LAfter using the truck, I filled the gas to the point it was when I picked up. However, the attendant complained that I should have bought $60 gas regardless of the level it was before I picked the truck. That’s was very distasteful and dishonest! Terrible experience!
Omote UThey were welcoming and helpful when a month ago I contacted them to directly book with them. Their attitude changed over time. Once even said to me that I talk too much, while it was them doing all unrelated talking. Every time I called they were far more busy looking after their Gas Station customers, than I as U-Haul customer. I felt unwelcome, after the first booking a month ago. To suit them self they relocated my Pickup location to Simon Valley from Hawkwood. Due to incomplete, misleading info and no help when contacted, they caused me to drive those extra 32 miles to locate a place to return equipment in Edmonton. That cost me extra "millage payment to U-Haul" as well as wasted my time in Edmonton and caused unnecessary stress and grief for me and my family. Unpleasant cs that is plain and simple. This has made me rethink: perhaps in future I will just hire a Moving company instead of using U-Haul.
Jawad DWhomever rented it before us had a dog and there was dog drool all over the inside windows. But the worst part of this experience was the state of the gas station that we rented it from. The bathrooms were vehemently disgusting. Gag inducing. Additionally, on jun 2nd this locations “system was down” and it looks like we were charged twice for this awful, terrible experience. Gross, disorganized and the fact that we were illegally charged twice makes this the worst rental vehicle experience I’ve ever had .
Brett HThe owner runs his store and the uhaul counter alone. Hopefully he gets more staff soon, but switching from helping me to helping a store customer and back again is unprofessional. He couldn't show me any particulars of the trailer, just quickly took a picture, then left. I do not have a receipt for the trailer rental either. I've called twice and the uhaul server is down. When should it be back up again?? He says he has no idea. Perhaps I can get a receipt from the main uhaul location???
david tThe owner was rude and constantly on his phone. The owner was lazy, did not have dolly, pad etc. loaded in truck ready to go like most UHall outlets.
John CThe person at the drop off location repeatedly refused to take the out of town trailer. He lied to me about not speaking on the phone to confirm their location, and then admitted that I had confirmed they were open for drop off. He only let me leave after I called U-Haul and while I was on hold. He did not help at all when I left the trailer.
Neal RCharged 150 for full fee and said I would get refunded the difference. Instead, I was charged 87 when I got back ( I thought he was refunding) the payment went through and then I was told he was now refunding the 150. Afterwards he let me know it can take up to 2 weeks to come back!!!!!!!! Why not just refund the difference and not leave me 230 down and waiting for a refund. Now I can't eat this week. Screw this

Hiram BI strongly recommend each customer be required to bring back a full tank of gas. It's impossible to guess filling it to 5/8.
Nancy LI wasn't told that I was being charged per km, it was not discussed at the beginning, only told to me at the end. The store was messy and confusing on where to check in.
