U-Haul asked me to drop off the rental "at any other location" but when I got there I was told there was no room for me to park there. Terrible communication from Uhaul head office. Fortunately the gentleman at this location was able to move some things around and allow me to park there. Uhaul is a horribly managed company who gives little to no care about the user experience. The only reason people still use them is because there's no competition. They have no incentive to improve their user experience.
Jonah AI rented a small truck from U‑Haul and had an excellent experience. The booking process was simple, the truck was clean, reliable, and easy to drive, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop‑off.

Rachel QI found uhaul is very expensive now. I paid $150 +$ 40 oil . U haul is not affordable anymore. I drove 75 km and kept the uhsul for 8 hrs. I paid in total $190.
