It seems very expensive this time I got one from another location and they discontinued per mile charge for first 50 miles here it was no discount so besides paying for rental it was per km charge as well as fuel charge and it amounts to a lot I don’t have anything else to report

MIKE CU-Haul asked me to drop off the rental "at any other location" but when I got there I was told there was no room for me to park there. Terrible communication from Uhaul head office. Fortunately the gentleman at this location was able to move some things around and allow me to park there. Uhaul is a horribly managed company who gives little to no care about the user experience. The only reason people still use them is because there's no competition. They have no incentive to improve their user experience.
