Check the fucking tired before renting out the trailers. My tire had tread missing from it all the way to the belt that was hidden because it was on the bottom when I checked the trailer. I noticed this during my trip and stopped at a uhaul hub hoping to get it replaced or at least swap it for another trailer and they wouldn't do it. With it being a uhaul hub they had plenty of trailers. I tried putting in a road side assistance request and it never went through. Horrible service from uhaul.Payton A.

Excellent helpers getting everything hooked up. UHaul changed the pickup location without really telling me. The original email was for the location I picked then a text showed a different location with no explanation. The Helena location was great though.Joseph M.

The car dolly came unhitched whenever we started to load the car. The employee must make sure the hitch is properly on the ball and tight. We were fortunate that nothing was damaged. Nice people.Tommy C.

While the personnel were friendly, I have a grievance with U-Haul's system. I was promised a 17 foot truck for a Friday. On Thursday I received confirmation that the truck would be there. On Friday I called to double check, and I was told that the truck would not be there. I then had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get a new truck, and then I was charged for going over the estimated miles. I'm disappointed in U-Haul's system. What if there hadn't been another truck within a feasible distance?Samuel B.

A representative came outside and assisted us. I told him that the dolly was not inside the truck and I told him that I reported it before we began to load the truck. Of course someone at U-Haul did not make proper notation of this. He called and got it taken care of.norma N.

My original reservation was for a different pickup location and a smaller truck. I was not informed of the change in pickup location and had to call to find out where to go. The pickup location was new and the paperwork process was very slow as the person was new to it. However, the person was nice and did his best to get me going. Drop off in Memphis was smooth.Donald S.
