Not sure why this survey is only requesting feedback regarding the pick up location; if there was a section regarding the use of the app and it's convenience, I would not even give one star. That is the hardest app I have ever used and will never use it again.
Paxton ANo drop off key box nothing mentioning U-Haul. Had to call and get hung up one more than once was told several different solution. After almost two hours just parked the truck and hope for the best. Please take this location off for dropping off a truck. Worst ever.
