Stephan and Rachel at Hellman & Sons made my U-Haul pickup a fantastic experience! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The pickup process was quick and easy, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was all set before I left. Brenda MI would recommend changing your scheduling policy. I had a truck booked for pickup in my home town and U-Haul waited until the day of the scheduled pickup to tell me the vehicle was not available and I had to drive over 3 hours round trip to get the vehicle which I had to pay for the extra miles to not only pick it up but to also drop it off so I could recover my personal vehicle. I am looking at a mass tort case with lawyers to recover the millions of dollars U-Haul has made off of customers from this fraudulent activity. Clearly, U-Haul has placed profit over customers.
Jason MHellman and Sons were very courteous and friendly. I rented a truck to move my daughter. Have rented from UHaul many times and this was an excellent experience.
