Have it clean first b4 giving it to the customer
CLODUALDO SThe original time and location of my reservation is 6:30 at 9688 Leslie St. When I pick up at around 7am on the day I didn’t see a Cargo Van on site and I was told something goes wrong while I did on App. I called for assistance and was told that the truck I reserved was not returned on time! But no any notification on app , no message, no email, no call. The assistant’s work was good, I was told that I can pick up at another store which is 6km away from me at 11623 Yonge. I don’t want to describe what a cold weather how hard the lockbox to open. I finally got the key beyond 8am. You know, my reservation time is 6:30. So I think, at least, can’t you notice me that the car didn’t come back then, I was transferred to another site, I didn’t have to be in a hurry in a cold morning, moved in bad traffic… many troubles can be avoided if you could let me know earlier through any way. To be honest, I did drive through the store on Wednesday evening around 7:15, to see if my van was ready but I didn’t see it, BUT, I still trusted that U-Haul can be trusted, BUT, You have betrayed my trust. Certainly every thing goes well after got the vehicle.
Nan HSnow was covered the driveway and truck wasn’t able to drive out off driveway. No one cleaned it, I had to do it myself. Uhall customer service kept us on hold for 1hr. And asked us to call Richmond hill and ask for snow removal, it’s not customer responsibility to clean driveway.
PRAVEEN RI was incorrectly billed twice and also didn’t receive the furniture sleeves I ordered yet I was billed for them . Very disappointed

WENDY GLock box that I had to get the keys from was so old and rusty, I had hard tome opening it, truck was parked in a rough corner and for me as a regular driver it was really hard to drive it out, at night there was no parking space at the lot to park the truck and no one to ask for help, also the slut to drop the keys was hard to find, Also truck check engine light was on since I got it

SANTO NTrailer was in a difficult area to drop off. Cars in the way, no lights. Back of the building. Least they can do is ensure the path is clear so when we bring in trailer ls or trucks we need not worry. The trailer had no jockey wheel Jack? I spoke to the guy, he said “that’s correct” like it’s normal. He and I had to lift the huge trailer up and onto my hitch. It’s heavy and we struggled. When I dropped off the trailer, my wife and I had to lift the trailer off only to have it crash to the ground. Almost hitting my truck and us. This is dangerous and no trailer for rent should not have this jockey wheel. $75 it’s cost to put one on. Do better U-Haul….

KHALFAN KThis was the first time I used uhaul, everything was so organized and I had no issues with booking, pick up and drop off the rental.
kevin tRented the 20-foot truck, was more than enough for the 4 bedroom full of stuff, but we still had to do a few trips as we were moving things ourselves. Check out and check in was smooth, only certain credit cards can be used, no pre-paid. I think debit cards should be allowed again as the economy is tough right now, but that's on Uhaul side of things, the location I have no problem with.
LILIAN CEverything was good for the location, smooth process, got enough sizes of cars and truck to choose from, conveniently located around Yonge and 19th from where I need to move stuff. I noticed the mileage price for the 15 foot truck was more expensive than the price for 20 foot truck which was weird, otherwise I had no complaints.

CHARLES BTrailer was not ready, a padlock was left on and needed to be forcefully removed delaying our departure and almost broke the trailer latch when he tried. Trailer itself was great and especially found the newly installed ramp to be a vital feature.
PETER WHelpful somewhat. Branch closed but someone briefly assisted in lifting trailer off the hitch. The trailer is dangerous.

Michael MThe truck appeared poorly maintained. Seats were hard to adjust, the door in the back was hard to operate — all due to rust. The truck itself was a terrible ride, much worse than UHauls I’ve rented from other locations. It felt like the truck hadn’t been serviced in several years.

Leader SHello, Unfortunately I was charged for the fuel extra money. I've the photo before using the truck and after. I refilled the truck exactly and even a bit more than it was but anyway was charged for the fuel. Will never use again this location

Richard VU haul Representative at site was helpful and punctual, however the location was less than adequate. Limited parking and difficult to access. This was not the location I had requested when booking as it was 45 minutes out of my way.

KA NAbout 21:10 on July 29 I ran a red light at Yonge Street and Jefferson Forest Drive / Tower Hill Road intersection. I am willing to pay the ticket as soon as possible. My home address is on my drivers license, I will be expecting the letter invoice.

Abel GMy truck was booked online for this location. However, this location is closed on Sundays. I believe your online booking system need to be accurate about location hours and truck availability.
DAVID WI bring trailer back 2 of July 2024 before 6 am, but stuff mentioned in bill that I return trailer at 01:55 pm. And charge me for 5 days instead 4. When I called to the number that was mentioned at Invoice , representative was very rude, raised voice on me and did not help me. Please check this information and resolve my complaint
