The location lock box was not opening with the code as the lock was all rusted out when called u haul had to wait in queue about a hour for someone to help us out. Overall worst experience with uhaul itself, booked 26feet uhaul about a month prior, got a call 5 days before they do not have any equipment available, gave me 50$ and gave me 10 feet truck, struggles i went through to move they kept saying they do not have any thing available as it is end of month but i had booked in advance. I had to put in 3 trips which would have been less on big truck it costed more fuel and more kms and i was given 50$ for reservation guarantee which does not even cover the extra charges i paid plus the inconvenience we had to go through even though we did everything right booked way in advanced. I would want that reservation guarantee payment to be increased to a amount like 500$ so that u haul would not do that to other people, these 50$ they are just handing out not understanding the struggle and frustration we go through. I will never be using u haul again and would not recommend to anyone as well, please pay extra for any other rentals.

KIN MParking was small for the big truck , They over charged me for mileage and added a fuel charge on my card when I got the truck back in the same fuel level I have pictures to prove it . Am using a different rental car after these over charges by U-Haul
