Uhaul told me that i could pick up a 20foot truck from this location 24/7. I had to wait 40mins in the morning until the manager of the store location came in. Which he then told me that only the smallest truck is 24/7 pickup and any other truck is not available 24/7. Uhual’s system/app doesn’t know or care about this and it caused a huge time loss on the morning of our move. They only gave me a $20 discount because of this. Very disappointed in the service here and from Uhual at this location.
