I kindly request a 15-minute waiting period following self-check-in, as there is currently no staff available at the service counter to provide the car key. Furthermore, the condition of the car park is suboptimal, with muddy terrain causing both my car and the U-Haul truck to become soiled on the floor mat. Additionally, the small size of the car park makes it challenging to maneuver the U-Haul truck in and out of the space. Moreover, the return car key dropbox windows are too small to accommodate the key, which is a concern. Lastly, the initial fuel level being below half is uncomfortable for me. However, U-Haul branch located at 360 Newkirk Rd, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3A2, as it does not have the above issues.
