Jim MVery efficient customer service on site. Also very prompt billing and the receipt was sent electronically the next day. The truck is quite basic (hand crank windows, driver’s seat has manual forwards/ backwards adjustment, and no vertical adjustment, rudimentary radio), but clean and the drive was mainly smooth. I rented a 10 ft box van. There was plenty of room for my stuff but there was no ramp to get into the back. There were nice big mirrors on both sides but no backup cameras. Parking in the back for returns can be challenging depending if other drivers park properly and leave enough space for others. A suggestion is to have assigned parking spots and permission to park somewhere else if all spots are taken. Also another suggestion is to have the gas reading done on level ground. The present parking is on a slope making gas level readings inconsistent. It might be better to ask all customers to fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle so everyone can start off with a full tank at the start of their trip. It would be easier to fill up the tank at the end of the day than to try to fill to a less than full level.

Varun VHi My problem was with the amount I paid I asked my friends about the cost of U-Haul, none of them mentioned the mileage I traveled. It's strange to me that you announce that the rent of U-Hall is about 20 dollars, but at the end of the job, they charged me more than 90 dollars! Sorry but I feel that they have robbed me !! I think this problem is belongs to U-Hall cod and low And the location can’t do anything.
SAEED DAmir is a good exsmple of how an agent should be. Honest, very detailed about your contract and a professional. Highly recommend this place. Not all places are the same but this place is it.
GIL CI returned the truck with 3/4 of the gas tank full. I received money for 1/4.

siamand MDidn’t have the truck I had reserved. I refilled the gas and left the receipt in the truck pricing it, and still got charged for gas. Poor service.

Vadim IAmir was great. Efficient check in and check out!! They actually answer their phone ... a lot of other UHaul locations do not!! I called ahead the morning of pick up to ensure it was there ... all good! I definitely will use this location again. We rent maybe every 2nd month or so, for our business requirements also, and this location is handy to our home location, if that works for that cartage requirement. We use another location in Concord for our business requirements (for deliveries in the Toronto downtown/north Toronto area when we need furniture just refinished by us to be delivered) and they're great too!

MOHAMMAD GYou guys should show up on time. You promised there was a truck to be picked up at 8am and you guys didn’t show up hours later. We had to pay people to stand around until the truck came. We had the elevator on service for a certain time and couldn’t finish the move because of this.
Tony BYour Rep is rude!!! We returned our truck with the same amount of gas as when we took it but he proceeded to charge us for it and when I asked for him to break down the extra charges he wouldn't let me speak. He continued to speak over me until I was so frustrated I asked him to stop speak for 5 seconds and he then hung up on me. The truck was disgustingly dirty!!! There is something wrong with the front end of the truck . We have used uhaul so many times but this location was a first and never again!!! Maybe never use uhaul again. So disappointed.

David MI booked online, then got called two days before my reservation date to be told location changes. Went to new location on the day of, only to have the site tell me I’m at the wrong location. Called customer service, waited a good 10 mins until someone answered and was told I need to go to get another location which is now in the complete opposite direction of my destination and am now being charged extra mileage. Absolutely unacceptable when there are tight timelines involved with elevator bookings etc. We were behind schedule and now paying extra. Will not book with u-haul again.

ACHINT AHad an issue with the billing. I returned the cargo Van on Thursday night and dropped the key in the box. The next day was Good Friday and the shop was closed. When I checked my account, there was a button that said I can return my vehicle and that there would be a $20 service fee if I didn’t complete the online return. I went back to the shop to the online return even though I already dropped off the van the day before. When I checked my receipt the next day, I was overcharged an extra day. I talked to Hello Tire manager Amir and he told me that only UHaul can refund the extra charge back to me. I’m still waiting for U-Haul to contact me.
YUE-HIN WNo dolly was available at the truck or anywhere else it was after hours no one was at the location they should have said it is not available instead of charging me for it. I requested refund dispute but also no respond i have not received my money back. It was very difficult for me to move without dolly i was counting on it very disappointed my back still hurting me until now from lifting heavy, boxes not good

Hugo CI kindly request a 15-minute waiting period following self-check-in, as there is currently no staff available at the service counter to provide the car key. Furthermore, the condition of the car park is suboptimal, with muddy terrain causing both my car and the U-Haul truck to become soiled on the floor mat. Additionally, the small size of the car park makes it challenging to maneuver the U-Haul truck in and out of the space. Moreover, the return car key dropbox windows are too small to accommodate the key, which is a concern. Lastly, the initial fuel level being below half is uncomfortable for me. However, U-Haul branch located at 360 Newkirk Rd, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3A2, as it does not have the above issues.
WING HFirst time renting an U-Truck truck here and Amir was courteous and helpful. The rental was smooth, easy and accurate.
Hang CEverything are excellent! This is the second times we went back rent a U-Haul truck for moving. And we’ll go back to U-Haul rent a truck later move again, because all our stuffs just put in the self storage room for 2 months for temporary. Thanks!
Vi NThe location themselves did a great job. My reservation was however made and confirmed for the major Mackenzie location and I was transfered 15 minutes away to pick up my vehicle. The individual at425 major Mackenzie was very dismissive and rude.

I was told a file was started on my issues I had and I would perhaps receive a credit or ? on a next rental from UHAUL.
