Was not expected to pick up here was asked by U-Haul to pick up here. Had to self check in and the app was garbage no. No explanation on how to use or the fact that I even had to do that because no one told me at the new location. They just changed it without my consent. Truck was below 1/4 so after an hour of messing with the app I had to go get fuel immediately. They then changed my drop off location to a town 2 hours away without my consent and I then had to change it 3 times because of miscommunications on U-Haul side. Then yall tried to. Charge me extra mileage for a trip that I’ve done before with the same U-Haul without issue I’m just over it.
