Helton's Uhaul was excellent. Great service. The only problem was when the headquarters in Little Rock completely screwed things up. Helton's was able to quickly fix Little Rock's foul up! Would have been a seamless exp if not for the headquarters.MICHAEL S.

The back of the truck wasn't clean, but I was told I'd have to pay a cleaning fee if I didn't clean it. So someone was charged a fee and the cleaning not done before my rental. And the fuel reading wasn't accurate.NICHOLAS V.

I had an appointment at 8 am. Once I came in I was not greeted and then I proceeded to wait because he did not acknowledge that I was their and I had to ask him how long will it be to check my order in and he did not answer the First 3 times. Set reservation for 5:00 am on November 26th over the phone with U-Haul, was assured I could pick up the truck at that time as long as I set up the app. Did everything that was required on my phone on November 24th. When I got to the location I could not access the truck. I waited until the shop opened at 8:00. When they opened apparently the guy that handles the U-hauls was late. He didn't arrive and help us until 8:30. His explanation for why we couldn't pick up the truck was the shop was closed the previous day (thanksgiving) and they didn't check their computer late Wednesday to see my reservation. Not sure the accuracy of all of this, but there appears to be some kind of communication breakdown that resulted in me being four hours behind schedule.BENJAMIN B.

Be more helpful. Have the trailer ready for pick up. (Trailer had been reserved the day before.) Make sure tires are aired up. We had to buy two cans of Fix a Flat and worried the tire wouldn't stay up for the 3-hour trip in 95-degree weather. The trailer wobbled above 50 mph. (The drivers both frequently pull trailer loads and knew how to pack the trailer.)EDWARD K.

After having a guaranteed reservation placed the night before for a 10ft box truck, I arrived the next morning and was told that they didn't have that truck available, that it was rented out to someone else before me, and that the UHaul website didn't know what they actually had available. I ended up taking a 15ft truck at the same rate as the 10ft truck, because I refused to pay the higher rate for a truck I didn't want in the first place. The employees didn't seem to care much about the mix up. And the truck I was given was filthy and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. I won't be using them again.Rosalyn W.
They took a while getting me processed, and I'm not sure they check the equipment. The trailer was missing part of its tire strap and the truck was plastered with bugs from its previous trip. The staff was rude and racist. I was not greeted when I entered the establishment, all the prices were different from what I was quoted online. My overall experience at this location was horrible I will never reccomend anyone to this location. The customer service sucks the only time you are treated half way with respect is when you pull out crispy $100 dollar Bill's. They are the worst racist people I have ever had to deal with. I was surprised to get a bill for 27.00 for cleaning I didn't agree to. The truck was as clean when I delivered it as it was when I picked it up. The truck was only used to drive to drop off location. It would be your responsibility to wipe it down inside and out. Especially wit h this COVID-19 scare ! We rented a trailer that had a light out. We called the place we rented it from and they gave us the road side assistance phone number and hung up on us. We never got in touch with roadside service, as we remained on hold over a half of an hour, and had to take that risk for our journey with emergency flashers on a majority of our move.GILBERT K.

This was the most horrible place that I ever been to. They treated my son and I terribly. He may as well have pushed us out the door when it was time for them to close. He was hateful and downright rude! I will never go there again! He and another guy got in a fight right in front of us and left us standing there to figure out how to get our trailer. Thank goodness a guy that drove a wrecker truck there came and helped us. We were told the trailer lights worked, but the left blinker wouldn't work and the bottom light kept going in and out.
