Everything went smooth. Was easy pick up and return . The equipment did its job with no problem. Staff was very helpful.

I received the 15’ truck with less than 5 miles of gas showing and was told that the receiving side would credit me at least a $30 credit. Upon returning the truck i was told that the man I picked it up from should’ve filled the truck to at least a 1/4 tank. So in the grand scheme of things. I filled the truck and used half a tank and returned it with half a tank or more! And was told sorry the pickup side should’ve given me a $30 credit which i didnt get and then the returning of the truck i was told there was nothing they could or would do. Seems like a scam! Or a cheat and very disappointing and dishonest!! Ill look for another way to move things going forward. Seems like uhaul is more interested in themselves than helping people with their own business. Enterprise or another company is what ill try next time.
Jason MHe was 1 hour late opening which was a problem because I had hired movers at the house.
LOUISE WOnly issue is that it was a greater distance away from me I pass 3 other locations.
