ADAM GGilbert is an awesome guy and a pleasure to deal with. The location is excellent also with being a lumber yard, has plenty of parking. And of course being open on Sundays was an added plus. The only issue was Gilbert being on hold for over 30 minutes when he had to call uhaul because the electronic signature gizmo wouldn't work. Perhaps a dedicated number for your agents to use for support would be beneficial. Once again, a positive experience!

DONALD MTrailer wasn't at location. Previous customer did not return on time and no one called us to tell us of the situation. I will give them credit for resolving the situation. Big problem was it had a flat tire when we got home. Trailer wasn't checked over after returned by previous customer. Extremely frustrating and stressful as this was the only trailer available and we need to have it packed and ready to go that day!! Had to deal with a repair company who didn't know what he was doing.

Brian BMore to do with the remote location of the city. My equipment wasn't available on the date I reserved it and they wanted me to drive 150 kilometers for the only other available truck. I had to re book on another date and pray the truck was available by then. The staff at this specific location are super friendly and helpful though.

DONALD MThe trailer that was rented to me was not safe to be on the road. Not sure what was wrong with it but it had a terrible shake to the point it shook a 3/4 ton truck to the point it was uncomfortable driving, This is not acceptable.
JASON LI am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent U-Haul experience. I returned my rental truck on time, arriving at the location at 10:45 AM on the return date. At that time, there was no one available at the counter. Around 11:00 AM, a staff member (a young lady) came to me after finishing with another customer. She instructed me to simply leave the truck keys on the desk and assured me that the rest would be handled through my credit card already registered via online billing. Despite following her directions and returning the truck before 11:00 AM, my final bill incorrectly shows the return time as 11:41 AM, and I was charged an extra $50. This is not only inaccurate but extremely unfair to me as a customer who abided by the rules. I did everything properly—returned the truck before the due time, waited at the location, and followed the instructions given by your staff. It is unacceptable that I have been penalized because of poor handling and incorrect recording by your employees. I am demanding that this matter be investigated immediately, the false late fee charge be removed, and my $50 refunded without delay. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I am leaving a 1 out of 5 star rating due to this mistreatment, and I expect U-Haul to take responsibility and correct this issue promptly.

DARRELL PWhy is there only questions on review on location. Why did a 15 foot truck advertised at $ 29.95 ended up costing me $ 72.23 used it for two hours traveled 7 miles & put $10.00 of gas in it. It is not a cheap rental & when I asked the clerk the same question he said that $ 29.95 is only for the rental of the truck which was never disclosed to me when I picked it up?????????

NEUMAR DMake sure a reservation is confirmed by phone with another UHaul location, as they did this for me and the other location did not have a truck fir me! I ended up with a 15 ft truck rather than the 20 ft truck I reserved. I had to figure this out for myself and the McNabb St location was not very helpful, they kept blaming the system, when in fact someone did not return a truck as scheduled.
JAMES MThe staff were extremely helpful and gave excellent service. Unfortunately, the trailer wasn't clean, shocks were very bad so there was much noise while we drove and we notice that the door hinge broke durning the trip so it's a good thing that we purchased insurance. Upon further inspection of the hinge it looked as if it had been previously fixed but with the shocks system so bad the fix wasn't good enough.
MICHELLE CI have been taking uhual for A very long time. Their customer service is very poor, had to wait a long time for someone to come and respond. For short distance around the city I was charge 100 plus tax.
Arjun RTold me to drop off at 8:30am they did not open until 9. Uhaul employee via the helpline was helpful as she gave me another day of rental so I didn’t get a late fee.

Allice JThere was only one person that was on the ball that was Logan I was helped by a young lady that charged items to my bill that I did not rent and other charges U-Haul should not charge to a customers account until the rental is returned I will not recommend to anyone to use your services very unsatisfied
KENNETH DI had booked in may 7 for 5 days to pick up may 28th as we needed the truck loaded before we were out of town for the weekend - I got there to pick up and no equipment had been assigned to me- I called and they advised that the trick was down for repair and would he for 2 weeks- they stated they called me however they did not - and then began blaming each other for the mistake - it ended up nobody called or emailed me and they had no truck for me. Then a lady from uhaul called and wanted me to drive 3 hours to pick up a truck. I ended up finally getting a truck not guaranteed for the follow day then got a call that that truck was going to be down for repair also and would be cancelled( it ended yo being a huge lack if communication between the companies but it was the most stressful and anxiety inducing experience and I will never use uhaul again

Martin LU-Haul 10' should be Class "G" good normal drive U-Haul 21' should be Class "D" too long but bad shocker wheel is very bad. I do not have Class "D" License Thanks
GERARD BMake sure your U-Haul’s are clean with no grease due to the fat people move furniture, if you have a four day rental and you get it, returned in one day or two days charge two days make it easier to communicate less emails just overall make it better
