The app check in was frustrating, requiring a drive home to retrieve my wife's phone for ID verification followed by app issues which required a call to customer service and restarting the process which didn't even require ID verification the 2nd time through. A process that should have taken 10 mins took 40. The cab was coated in dirt and the seats were loaded with dog hair in between. On the plus side, the truck drove well and accomplished the task at hand without issue. The included padlock was new to me and appreciated. Will rent again.
