The location was fine and thankfully there was an employee on hand to help me. My problem is with the U-Haul app/website. It is ridiculous. So confusing and not clear. My order cost me about 4 times what I expected it to cost. It was absolutely impossible to â€œreturnâ€ the vehicle without assistance. The app wouldn't let me upload a picture. The â€œpricingâ€ is extremely misleading. Very dissatisfied with the app/website.Keith D.

you never had my truck on the sight at all gave me the run around to look for a truck delayed my move for 2hrs with people waiting and being paid. Arguing with UHAUL rep for a truck. the only thing you can do for your next costumer is go out of business and save everyone the headache in dealing with you and you should be giving me a refund since you broke your guaranteeNick D.

. I reserved a 26 foot truck a month before my move and I get a phone call 2 days before my move that my puck up time is changed to a half hr later then originally specified. I get to the pick up and all they have for me is a 10 footer. They gave the 26 foot truck to the guy before me and I was there 10 mins before my pick up time. I hired guys to move me and instead of paying them for one trip we had to make 3 trips with the small truck. So all in all I put more miles on the truck, used more gas and paid guys for almost 3 hrs extra...Not a happy mover, Thanks UhaulJAMESE B.
I had to do everything online because the day of pic up was a holiday and your system on-line sucks, when it came time to start the check in ,system showed me as canceled customer and I had to waste 1.5 hours on the phone with an agent to get that resolvedrick B.

While the local location was amazing, the online reservation and customer service was greatly lacking. Uhauls booking platform be avoided - their customer service has failed to make good as well. Made a reservation 2 weeks ago for a small utility trailer to get things to camp - pick up tomorrow - they called the day before. It's no longer available because I added a day to the reservation - instead of just telling me I can only have it for a day, and they can't extend it, they give it away to someone else and I have to get a giant trailer or a closed trailer. What the even - when I ask for a call back to escalate they hang up on me. FML ðŸ¤¦â€â™€ï¸ #uhaul do better Update: called the local dealer direct and they were confused as they have the trailer...So why was I lied too and told they did not have the size I reserved?!. Great vehicle and good price but terrible customer service. It took 40 minutes to get processed when picking up and no instruction in how to return nest day to closed venue. Also, had difficulty booking by phone, and went in person and still no success. Ended up emailing store and somebody finally contacted us so we could rent. But it was a real pain in the butt arranging the rental. Store personal who answer the phones are very rude and don't want to deal with U-haul customers. But, great ruck and excellent price.EDWARDH B.
We had booked and reserved a Uhaul truck abd was told that our pick up would be at Crazy 8 Construction. We got a complete run around from this place and were disgusted by their service and lack of willingness to support us. The support we got from Home Hardware to help us deal with the predicament we were in because of Crazy 8 Construction was amazing. was originally scheduled to pick up trailer at Crazy 8 construction on black dirt rd in sault ste marie.on april 3 at 9am. when i arrived there the business wasnt open and no one was around.not a happy customer. scrambled around to find the next nearest uhaul site which was the home hardware location. sales rep steve amazingly helpful to get me out of a jam.cant thank him enough. not particularly happy with uhaul booking or Crazy 8 construction locationDarin V.

Inside of the Uhaul wasn't very clean at all. I was expecting to receive cleaning rules regarding the Uhaul due to the pandemic... but it looked like there was cigarette ashes in the ash tray and it was just overall pretty dirty. I got pictures of it helps.Cody S.
There were crumbs on the seat of the truck and fingerprints all over the dash and radio pad. With Covid I would have thought it would be cleaned between users. When I returned it I selected not clean enough for next user and was billed $25 for that. Very surprised that I have to pay an additional fee. The vehicle should be cleaned between each user and that cost should be included in the rental fee. The staff at the location (ashleigh) was very helpful when picking up the truck. I was stuck on how to do it on the online app and she worked through it. Very helpful lady.Melissa S.
