Could not pick up the vehicle, despite the vehicle being parked in the lot, until 12:30! This cost me ten hours overtime for my two employees.

Only issues was when I drop off the truck a unfriendly person on a bike said he would drop the key off for me in the drop box, I told him no but notice the lock box didn't have a lock on so that scared me but I waited till he was gone
