This location needs to not be authorized to rent uhauls When I asked what the $1.00 free was he couldn’t tell me and I found out later it was a environmental charge Internet was down when truck was returned Employee was rude and not really concerned about my issue of refund I will never rent from this type of location Possibly not U-Haul ever again

I'm extremely disappointed with the service - Uhaul intentionally deceives customers through it's pricing by switching between US and CAD rates. They advertise in CAD dollars but charge in US dollars. Next time I will rent from a local rental agency and not deal with U-haul again. U-haul even charged me for feul after I filled the trank. Absolutely pathetic.
