I was not informed of the deposit until last minute when I was picking up the truck and luckily I had just enough money to move forward with the rental. The Uhaul app was not loading right for me to confirm pick up, even after switching from data to mobile hotspot and restarting my phone. If uhaul can't be more open about what the total fees will be BEFORE you decide to rent from them, then no, i would not recommend. The truck was clean and well taken care of though and everything on it worked so there is a plus. And it helped me move which it what I needed it for.

Despite being a guaranteed reservation site and 3 weeks of having a reservation they did not have a truck for us after confirming the reservation the evening before. Paid labor on the way and no truck, no appliance dolly and no assistance from the staff at all. On top of all that you only get $50 for them to completely screw up your moving plans which they DID NOT add to my account as promised. Better to get some old shopping carts and try doing it that way.
