Had issue with first truck picked up but they worked with me to get another truck quickly to make my move on time. I really appreciated the effort!

Rick AHad issue with trailer connection. Resulted in incident of trailer coming off ball. Mgr got hammer to bang hand wheel a few times. Claim was made to dated 2hrs before my arrival to fix hand wheel that had already been exposed to blunt force. Rented from many no issues not sure of this location again.

Scott CHidden Treasures does not exist at 212 McMinnville Hwy anymore, which was very confusing to say the least. The establishment at 212 is now "In the Wind Motorcycle Leather & More!" which said it was open but was closed. As a result, did an electronic drop off and deposited the key in the U-Haul drop box on the side of the building. In 7 U-Haul rentals since Nov, this is the only drop-off that caused me concern. In fact, I followed up and confirmed with U-Haul via the 1-800 number there were no issues.

Randy BI had to help hook up the dolly drive the on it , and hooked up safety changes. I was not prepared for that . I got oil on my clothing and hands . Got sweaty landing on the ground. She did the best she could but she needs help . Her computer connection was bad it took a while .

She said she would accept the truck later or the next day because she normally closed at 1200. I turned in the truck via the app and dropped the key in a box at 330pm

Bud BThe owner lived across the street and said she was closed. She was looking out her window. I was dropping 2 trailers. She really didn’t want them. Perhaps I shouldn’t assume she knew they were coming. She first said she couldn’t take them. I told her my paperwork gave her location for leaving them. She finally agreed to take them after that. She said they would be checked in on Sunday morning. Got a witness they were left. Uhaul didn’t want to rent to meat first. I was told later there was some mix up. Better not be this time.
