Please check equipment before renting out. One of the safety chains would not unhook.
FRANCISCA STruck was in great condition but wasn’t big enough and we didn’t end up taking it out of town, I was told to return it and I would only pay the day rate plus the mileage but my card was charged the full amount, if this is something that can be done to be reimbursed, thank you! The total amount of miles used on the truck was 18 miles.
