Ensure that when an online order is placed, the equipment is ready in the van. I ordered two dollies, but the truck only had one, along with extra furniture rag protectors that I did not request. Additionally, the U-Haul system was down, causing a 45-minute delay during checkout and vehicle use. The app was loading very slowly and prevented me from viewing or unlocking the vehicle, which caused me to be late for my schedule. Calling customer support and being transferred between three agents before finally receiving the code to unlock the vehicle was unacceptable. Overall, the experience was terrible.
