Very smooth truck pickup and return with UHaul at this location. Used the UHaul App to do pickup and return. Uhaul had everything I had reserved, like a dolly and furniture pads in the truck.

The pickup couldn’t be completed for one hour which could be improved on if the business is not going to be open for pickup another means of delivering the truck should be available without having to spend one hour on the phone with a customer service team member , if the business is not going to be open , better open business hours
