Have more staff certified to be able to do check in and out of trucks. Waited 25 minutes for staff to come to store to check me back in.

Russell FittsCall center called me less than 12 hours after renting trailer for 2 days to bother me at 6Am (while still sleeping, unapologetic) to return trailer THAT day. Said the day we rented and that next morning counted as TWO days, even though the paperwork said we didn’t have to return the trailer until the NEXT day.

This isn't Petra s responsibility. It's uhauls. The experience was so wasteful on every level, gas , reservations, service time money, all cause uhaul don't pay hourly wagea, just commissions..

Your main office in Vancouver Wa. was the best, Mandy is the BEST, she helped my wife and I many times to get things right!!!!! Thank You!!!!
MIKEL HAMRICKThe employee at this supposed 24/7 drop off location told me I couldn't drop it off with her, and to take it somewhere else. The app told me I would be charged extra if I took it somewhere else, so I left the trailer there parked next to the other u-hauls anyway, and used the check-in app as instructed.

Victor GoodmanReserve furniture pads were not available, had to go to another shop 7 miles away. Employee was not familiar with uhaul rental system so it took over 60 minutes to complete the pick-up of the trailer. Employee did not inspect equipment. Overall, it was a pretty awful experience. That pickup location shouldn’t be allowed to be a uhaul neighborhood dealer.

THOMAS RAY RICEWhen I arrived I did a self checkin as I had done when I picked up the truck. I parked it and tried to return the key inside but the young lady didn’t know what to do with the key and needed to call someone. I waited as “the one who knows what to do” was not there onsite at the time. No big deal. He was there within a minute or two. He was very nice. I had already checked in online and only wanted to advise him that there was nowhere to checking my blankets or hand trucks and so I didn’t want to leave without someone official knowing that they were in the back of the truck. I took a picture to verify. Later he called me to inform me that I had failed to fold the blankets and that they were not all there. I told him that I returned what I was given by my pickup location. They were not folded when I received them from my pickup location as they had been piled on the floor in a heap. He was very nice and said that he would call them and get it squared away. The location is convenient and easy. Bothe employees were friendly and helpful.

Valerie ChisnellThe gas was marked as 3/4 of a tank and after I got in and drove 2 miles I realized it was only at 1/4. Even with a picture of the gas gauge and mileage, they made me fill the tank up to 3/4.
AMANDA SALISBURYThe girl quoted me 14.95 the night I reserved it and then the owner charged $24 ...the electrical line was not long enough so they had to switch one from another unit and the trailer had been used by them personally and full of trash and debris which I had to wait until they cleaned it out....horrible!

david beresheimthe staff was not sufficiently trained. Did not correctly explain that unit had to be returned to same location to avoid additional cost. In fact, I was told it could be returned at a different UHaul location at no additional cost. This cost me an hour of my time.

GORDON TIRRILLWe got the UHaul truck stuck in our yard which resulted in us being late for our drop off time. So many things happened that day that UHaul made so so easy for us, we purchased the insurance (ALWAYS. Because you never know), the insurance covered the tow truck to come pull us out of the mud 100%! Nothing was out of our pocket! We called customer service worried they were going to charge us another day because we were late for drop-off, they waved the extra day fee because it was out of our control. Upon arriving at this location for drop-off they asked us if we were ok, if everything with the tow truck was easy, and if everything was handled hassle free for us. Never made us feel like we were "in trouble" for being late, thy were nothing but kind to us from pick up until drop off. I will never use any other company because of this experience.

My only issue is that there are 3 Uhaul locations less than 5 miles from my home, but this Uhaul location was 12 miles from my home. Even though they were all within the same zip code, it would have been better if I could have picked up a Uhaul much closer to my home.
