We had the hardest time getting the access code to our box. The U-Haul system had this location as an operable business when the entire thing is remotely ran. We had to call 3 times and get transferred all over until they finally connected us to someone local who could adjust our reservation and give us actually answers.

I was told to fill the tank to where it was when I picked up. Which I did. I drove a total of 17 miles. I put the gas back to the half full which is where it was when I picked up. But my receipt showed I paid for 18 gallons. I knew these clowns were gonna do that! How do I get my money back?

the whole process to get the u-haul was just too complicated like it wasn’t even an actual location for u-hauls, and it’s too overpriced but the communication with the customer service to get the vehicle and any information i needed was good.

The location in Wahiawa was the worst U-Haul I have ever known . First I called and someone told me to come over and reserved it . Then I had to download the app . I booked the U-Haul ten foot for three days and they over charged me. In my ba k account they charged me $225. Then they charged me again for $205. After I returned the truck they charged me another $105. It is a ripped off and I want my money back that they over charge me with or I’ll have my bank cancel the transactions cause they stole from me. I will never recommend any customer to go to that location. In addition I also order three large boxes and a tv box and they did not even return my money when they do not have the materials . It is the worst experience ever

Have a small office located near the vehicles with lock box in office. Also, have parking space wide enough to park the vehicle.

N/A. From the dispatch to the young man who checked me in all the way to the customer service who took my follow up call… each person was uniquely helpful and kind. Uhaul came through in a late night clutch and I appreciate having such a positive experience.

Mileage in system did not match the Mileage when I received the equipment. Currently, I have submitted a dispute because they are overcharging me Mileage usage. What's the point of uploading pictures with initial Mileage before taking the vehicle?

My experience was horrible. My UHAUL pickup truck was cancelled with zero communication or notification and I didn't find out until I drove all the way to North Shore. Then I was sent to the Wahiawa location for a van, where it was unclear and difficult what I needed to do to actually get the keys to the vehicle. The guy on the phone told me to use the mobile app and then hung up. All of that made me late to the airport and my dog wasn't able to fly out, costing me more money to book her a next day flight. After that, they charged me more than they were supposed to for the rental. I had a pretty dogshit experience. The lady on the phone, Ms. Eunice, was very kind and actually helped me alot. Exclude her from this negative experience because she was the only positive.

Too many emails for 1 day of rental. There is no customer service, you need to read all the emails to figure out how to pick up vehicle which is overwhelming for an older woman that actually just needed someone to tell me how and where.

This is my fault. I kept changing the time to bring back the truck. In the end after I returned it, I got charged in a period of an additional 12 hrs. I got charged a total of three charges. $14.13 + $21.93 + $28.60 = $64.66 I think this needs to be looked at and adjusted. Overall their customer service was excellent. Brother and sister. They have a lot of Aloha.

It took me 2 hours to utilize the app for pickup because my reservation was showing up as needing to go to the counter. There was nobody there to assist me. It took me 3 phone calls and being hung up on twice to finally get someone who could transfer my reservation to the correct one. 1/10 experience. I think this qualifies for the 50 dollar promotion for the truck being available

The check in has too many steps. It's all information that could be collected when a booking is made and then it should be as easy as entering your reservation number on the app to get you code for the key lock box. Took us over 30 mins to get this done. Estimating mileage seems pointless when you could just input your starting mileage and ending at the end of the day. Also would seem a lot easier to be given the vehicle with a full tank of gas and then just have to replenish the full tank when you drop off rather than having to guess how much gas to put in to match what you started with. Registration is over a year expired and the safety check will be expired 2 years next month. If I had known that I wouldn't have booked, but we already had organized 3 of us guys to have the same day off so we needed to use the vehicle despite this. Vehicle itself was clean and seemed well maintained. We got the job done but I wouldn't recommend this service to others
