Too many emails for 1 day of rental. There is no customer service, you need to read all the emails to figure out how to pick up vehicle which is overwhelming for an older woman that actually just needed someone to tell me how and where.
Valerie TThis is my fault. I kept changing the time to bring back the truck. In the end after I returned it, I got charged in a period of an additional 12 hrs. I got charged a total of three charges. $14.13 + $21.93 + $28.60 = $64.66 I think this needs to be looked at and adjusted. Overall their customer service was excellent. Brother and sister. They have a lot of Aloha.
