There were engine lights on when we got in regarding tire pressure so it was a little worrisome. Also I had a reservation for 1130 and went to pick it up but had to wait for over an hour just to check in and receive a payment link. Was told no van was there for me and waited on hold on 3 occasions for over q10-20 minutes and then got cut off while speaking to someone. It was frustrating. I had movers waiting for me for over an hour because of it all. If I had received a text or call letting me know it was going to be later, I could have made other arrangements. Once I got the van, everything finally went smoothly.
Elizabeth BNeed to give props to Lei! She is very customer-focused and patient when I called from out of state with a ton of questions about the size of truck needed; ramps and more. It isn't so much that she knows all of the options, dimensions, etc. Lei takes care of the customer. It seems like that is a lost art, but she is a gem. We will rent again from Wahawa because of Lei. Thank you!
Ruth WI was charged for a dolly and moving pads and there were none in the truck when I picked it up.
