The mobile check in is not easy to do. It was the first time I use it yesterday, I spent one hour to fix it! First, I reserved and at the same time to check in, I was confused about whether I have paid or not after I entered my card information. Then, I was struck at” grand location”. Several attempts later, I have to call in for help. The gentleman who answered my call was wonderful! He was very patient and told me step by step until I finally paid and checked in. But it already one hour later, I was cut in one hour of total 4 hour session! They should count the minutes you finished checked in , not the first minute you began to check in! The return process was quite simple and friendly to ues. Bo problem at all. Overall was a good experience. The location is not well maintained. It was located in Norristown, like a poor single house. Around the house was grass, not paved parking lots. Not like a business site, but some senior old home. Better to check it with counter service.
