Pu attendant was very friendly and helpful. Only issue with this location was lack of Wifi/Data connection. Was unable to sign in and do the pre trip. I did take pictures just in case of any issues. Due to moving from a rural area, I was unable to do the pu online until a later time and the link had expired. I had left a v/m for the agent that called me with the new pu location that was requested and within a very short time I was sent a link for the drop off and he had me checked in. Truck was a newer truck and had very minimal damaged (which I recorded with pictures).

The gentleman was very helpful.. would be nice. If you have to let him know what was going on. He didn’t know he had to make a call… everything went well trailer was perfect … trailer hauled perfectly no problems… thank you again. For your help and understanding in this matter…

U-Haul corporate centre’s like the one in Peterborough are great they’re well maintained with lots of options and amenities, it’s unfortunate there isn’t one in Brantford where I moved to. If you opened one up here I’d probably come and work for your company. I couldn’t take advantage of the storage offer because the next closest location is in Hamilton.

Ladies working were very nice and helpful. They needed to call someone to deal with the uhaul - which is fine but you start to worry there may be an issue ect it was 10pm at night. Just unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Context - We were a last minute rental maybe everything would have been ready had we ordered with advance notice
