I was lied to about the price and was forced to pay an extra $100 without knowing it when I was told by the associate to drop it off at a different location and she never told me if I didn’t bring it back to them it was $100 more I was just following her instructions! I felt like I was tricked and robbed!
Joshua BI had to use the Andoid app to do the return. The app was not intuitive. At one point i thought the app had me stuck because the continue button did nothing. Turned out I had to complete another section but didn't know it because there was no indication of what I had to do yet.
