Let me first say that associate I dealt with at this location was very nice he did a very good job checking me in and checking me out, so I have no complaints about him. I do have an issue with the reservation process. Online I reserved moving blankets when I showed up they did not have any. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior that should have been more than enough time to make sure the blankets I reserved where available. Also I reserved a dolly, but this location did not have any, luckily the associate let me use his personal store dolly. Lastly the back of a truck had some sand and dirt I it, it should have been swept out prior to releasing the truck to me

When I picked up the truck, the doors was unlocked and had half eaten fries all on the floor.. the driver seat torn.. felt as if someone was living inside the truck…. I would ONLY recommend this location for after hours drop off! Better yet… don’t go!! Please be advise… I would ONLY drop off after hours to avoid any issues.

The van I rented had dirty windows and low tire pressure. We waited over a half hour to pick up the van because the woman was dividing her time between liqueur customers and us. Very poor experience, I would never rent a vehicle there again.

Tried to check in for 45 minutes but he kept going back to his custody a liquor store. Called u-haul and said they checked it in for me. 4 days later got a call from u- haul saying I was late with the trailer. U haul from Navarre called and got this mess straight.

They failed to inform me that it was 1 dollar a mile so when I turned my 20 dollar uhaul back in that I only had for a short amount of time and only used 30 miles it ended up being over 70 dollars I seriously would never recommend u-haul to anyone and I will forever tell no one to rent through u haul. If I was only informed that it would be by mile i wouldn’t be so angry with my experience.

this is a convenience store. there was only one old guy working. he did not know how to use the computer system. it took him over an hour to figure it out, despite the fact that I already did everything online. there was constantly a line of 10-15 irritated convenience store customers behind me while the old guy went back and forth between working on the computer system and checking people out at the store. I had to go out on the lot an figure out which trailer was accessible and bring him back the trailer number. I had to hook the trailer up myself with no one from the location verifying it was done correctly nor checking the trailer out for any safety issues, nor checking its condition on checkout. I ordered 6 blankets when I checked out on line, but the guy behind the counter either didn't have them, know where they were kept, or simply forgot to give them to me. when I returned the trailer, the girl at the counter did not know how to check the trailer back in without saying that I returned the blankets that I never got. I would appreciate it if you would credit my card for the blankets I never received and the awful experience I had at this location. upon my return, no one physically checked the trailer in or helped me disconnect it; I was again on my own. I will never book at this location and suggest you seriously consider if this is the kind of representation of your brand that you want to put out there.

There should really be jacks installed on the front of the trailers cause it is hard to get the hitch ball disconnected when it’s above a certain level. We had to fight it off and it was a pain in the ass. With one person

Store owner has a piss poor attitude toward customers. Will never recommend this location to friends/family/Etc. Will drive 100 miles out of the way to another UHAUL location just so I don't have to deal with the store owner or the run down location.

I was overcharged at checkout and they would not review what was incorrect or provide me with a paper receipt. I am on disability and I do not have internet access, but they told me everything was in phone and I needed to access my records and to call U-Haul to fix. Very unprofessional. You will be receiving a call once I can find information that is supposed to be on phone, but more than likely I will be calling from the library that has internet access so I can see exactly what I was charged. I believe I was charged a gas fee even though I brought it in well over the starting mark of a quarter tank.

I'm wondering how using a truck for $19.00 ended up costing over $100.00. Could I get an itemized bill for it. I was told they didn't do the calculations til the end of the day so I didn't get a receipt at the time. So many others to mention.

The girl that gave us the trailer did not know what she was doing. They are supposed to help hook it up and she didn't. It took forever to get the paperwork and the parking spot was difficult to access.

I was confirmed for pickup at Brickyard on 98N - the business had moved!!! There were no U-Haul trucks there anymore. You should not offer them as a location- I could have been without a vehicle. Thank goodness Hilltop had one. U-Haul offered no compensation for my inconvenience- charged me full rate even though it set my day back by an hour. Hilltop was fine. U-Haul was the issue.

This review is about UHaul and NOT Hilltop Food Market (they were great). UHaul was NOT. I reserved a 12x6 enclosed trailer and was at the pick up place 30 minutes early only to be told that the trailer was given to another lady, who was send from a place in Kissimmee, as they didn't have her trailer. After waiting for 30 minutes and the agent talking to somebody from UHaul, we were then sent 9 miles south to pick up an open trailer (which we didn't want but an enclosed one wasn't available and we were desperate). When we got there we were told that the open trailer didn't have a tag and we could have it. We were then sent 15 miles away completely in a direction where we didn't want to go. That was Hilltop Food market and they had an enclosed trailer and were very friendly and helpful UHaul overbooks their equipment and sends their customers around to chase the equipment. The service is horrible. I want compensation for loosing 3 hours and an additional 50 miles due to the incompetence of the UHaul team. You may think that people rent your equipment for fun, but let me tell you that I rented it because I had an important move planned. I needed an additional day and instead of being done the same day by 6PM, we were done at 03AM. And now I am being told that you value my feedback as a valued customer. Lets see how you value my business.

the store owner was very informed helpful and polite. Howeverthe truck was never swept out and I found a roach in the back. Also someone had spilt soda on the dash and it was never cleaned up. And the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. I think the above is self-explanatory as to what could be improved.

The truck was bumpy, sounds like it was going to break down, the engine was skipping while driving and when you stepped on the gas it was moving very slow. I felt as though I was going to be stranded on the side of the road. I was really disappointed with my experience this time around.

Took more than 45 minutes to check in. Clerk took care of everyone inline for his store that was buying his merchandise, and would ignore us as we waited. It was a very slow process once he got to us, kept getting up and tending to his store customers first. We never got to check the truck before we got it, he went and did the walkthourhg by himself. It was a horrible experince. Will never rent from here again. Told the clerk we only needed it for 4 hours and he said our reservation was for 24hrs, he never changed the reservation. I would love to speak to someone about htis experience because we need to be compinsated for the time we lost being ignored at check in.

DISPUTE. I WAS WRONGFULLY CHARGED. I was told 29.95 per day.($116.80 before taxes) the paperwork was wrong, we told the owner, he said he would take care of it. They called me the next day and said they gave us the wrong truck(we already had it loaded) I did not and was not told it would be a flat fee $356.00. I called and no one has called me back. I will dispute with my credit card if not resolved.

Very disorganized, we had to load our equipment dolly, no one looked at the truck with us, the truck was parked in grass on the side of the store, seemed to be not ready to go and the truck was on empty with only 3 miles to empty to go, won't be renting from this place again.

The truck had front end damage, we asked if the truck had any other issues due to that damage he assured us it did not, but the brakes are very bad, had i not been a cdl truck driver i could have easily got into an accident because of this. And the suspension is also shot in that truck.

Garbage still in the truck but most important FUMIGATE YOUR TRUCKS. It is a GROSS and MASSIVE oversight to have roach infested trucks, particularly when people are using to transport their furniture to new homes. Taking care of this is CRITICAL as it can and will cost customers hundreds if not thousands of dollars in pest control when they didn't have a pest problem to begin with. Outside of this Yogi is a good guy and would recommend provided trucks have been cleaned.

Poor guy was alone so we waited an extra 40 min just to get checked in and paid because he was busy ringing out customers, as well as he didn’t walk out to check the truck with us , as well as we had a car dolly that wasn’t connected nor did he tell us how to connect it chains were missing black protectors not sure if we even had tow dolly correct; as well as the straps on tires never did he show us how to work , we had them wrong thankfully nothing happened and no one got hurt.
