john kI do not recommend going to this place at all. Horrible, disgusting people with no culture, no respect, no nothing. I do not blame this man for more than half an hour to get a receipt. He does not even have the orange box to throw away the key. He tells you you have to wait. I am not supposed to wait as a customer for anyone. I am supposed to come, call the key and leave. I do not need to check your mileage. I do not need to check anything for you. He did not do his job. Very bad customer service. One of the worst I have ever encountered. Simply a disgrace. Disgusting.
Eran SThe truck smelled a bit of pot in the cab and nasty cat pee in the box. Not the fault of the rental location though, of course. The guy behind the counter was efficient and friendly. No worries at all about renting here again.
