Rude service, not very helpful. No truck inspection, and right now I have a fee pending, that has already been paid out my account, so I have to go through the hassle of finding out why I was charge twice. Worst Uhaul experience.

After the place I picked up the uhaul trailer from walked all around the trailer and made sure twice that everything worked and there were no obvious damage that wasn't already marked, I go and drop it off and the person behind the counter didn't even go look at it. I took pictures of the trailer as I dropped it off so I don't get blamed for any future damages .

The proprietor does not assist the clients; the equipment is difficult to pick-up and turn-in!! The computer was not operational when I arrived to pick up the trailer, and although I pre-checked the day before, I still had to re-register for the equipment! I was sent away with a hand written note because the contract could not be printed!! A very bad rental agency!!

The check in process took over 30 minutes. The store clerk seemed unprepared even though I had a reservation. She was asking about things that were already in the system. When advised of reservation she became rude with me. Seat in U-Haul wouldn't move forward so I was having to sit at the edge of the seat to drive.

During online booking, I requested one location but was sent to another more distant pick-up location. Website states that packing pads and tie-downs are included nd boxes available. No boxes available except at yet another location over 15 miles away and no tie downs. Pads were finally given after I had to prove the website says they were included with truck rental. Rented a 15 ft truck. Expected low mileage, but was shocked at getting just 7 mpg.

Your customer service people on the phone really suck. I was having issues with UHaul for two weeks and when I would call the help number they got very argumentive and would hang up on me ( twice) Rachel was very rude and not helpful. They never would allow me to talk to a supervisor to solve the issue. Finally, Sunday. The day before the big move Lewis answered the call and was extremely helpful. Hill top was awesome to work with and highly recommend doing business with them even if it was not dealing with uhaul. Thanks Hilltop and Me Lewis from Uhaul for your help in my moving experience. It was a nightmare but you guys surely helped out.

This location is in a convenience store. On both the pickup and dropoff, it took more than 30 min to get the rental. The store had one rude lady, probably the Owner, who kept letting the convenience store customers skip while I had to wait while she rang them up. Repeatedly she would leave the Uhaul system to ring up packs of cigarettes, chips, sodas, etc. she is very rude, and this is a representation of Uhaul! If I ever needed another rental, and this was the last UHaul on the planet, I wouldn't rent it!

Very rude worker. Took almost an hour to pick up because it's a gas station and only one person is working so gas station customers are put as the priority. The dealer stopped working with me several times to go take care of customers. When I went to drop off the uhaul and get my deposit back the same thing happened. It was getting late, I had to pick up my kid, and it just started raining. Over and over the dealer stops trying to cash me out to deal with customers. After 30 minutes I finally stood in line where the gas station customers go and told him to finish cashing me out so I could please leave, I was here before everyone I shouldn't be made to wait for him to deal with him. He started arguing with me at that point that this is bullshit, he has customers to deal with, I need to get out of his way.... I let him know I'm a customer as well and I was here before everyone of them and he has stopped several times to take care of customers, I just want to cash out and go pick up my son. then I had his customers start berating me... telling me to move so they can get their crap because they're tired of waiting... the whole time I have the dealer yelling at me and cursing at me that this is bullshit and I need to move. After a few minutes of arguing and realizing I wasn't going to move out of his way.. he said one last time this is total bullshit then started my paperwork and worked on cashing me out. I'm livid. I paid nearly $70 to rent a truck to move. When I first picked up the truck I reserved it for a whole day so I could move my things and when I arrive to pick it up the dealer sees this and asks me if there's anyway I can have it returned that day.... I waited nearly an hour to get the keys, in which the dealer did not walk me out to the vehicle, did not do an inspection with me, or anything.... I waited for him to cash out customers and when he was ready he cashed me out handed me keys and told me where the uhaul should be parked. Then to be made to wait again and when I asked to be cashed out (which I shouldn't have to) I got made into an outcast... getting yelled at by the dealer and customers alike... the dealer even said call uhaul if you want something done, in the meantime I have customers to ring up... he shouldn't be a dealer if he can't take the time away to deal with customers... I'm livid that I spent so much on moving just for a short distance and a couple hours.... & I wasn't even treated with respect. I would like a response abot what is being done about this dealer.
