STARSHANDA LClean the cans of the trucks better. Ours was very sticky and nasty.
JOSEPH BCustomers need to clean out the truck before returning it to its location. If customers don’t clean then the uhaul location employees need to make sure it’s clean before the next customer uses it. I received the truck very dirty and beer cans was on the fooor in the back of the truck and all sorts of dirty stuff that I had to clean!

Callie MEn general el proceso dec renta fue rapido y fácil, pero mi mala experiencia fue con el millaje del truck ya que parece que no inspeccionan los camiones como debieran en cuanto el millaje se refiere, en la factura tenia una cantidad de millas muy inferior a la que se reflejaba en el panel del truck, y me facturaron casi 4 veces mas de los verdaderamente use en el uso que le di , no se si es uso u costumbre en esta ubicación, pero mala experiencia , por lo menos en esta ubicación hay que estar pendiente para que no te engañen o facturen mas de lo debido.

Gregory WFirst person doing contract should not add 8.00 insurance if the person renting it don’t want it second renting this trailer was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul not only bad but trailer had nails in it and caused me to get flat tire and cost me another 37.45 for a patch repair at Tire Capital and yes I have a receipt so between 37.50 and the 8.00 for insurance 45.50 this was very expensive and will not rent from there again

Tamara DIt would have been fine if your computer system had been working, and then if you had had somebody staff to answer the phones when your dealer is trying to call you. He waited on the phone, trying to reach somebody for 45 minutes. This particular dealer did what he was supposed to do. U-Haul‘s home office drop the ball in a huge kind of way. I will just go buy a trailer so I don’t have to deal with you again.

Scott WLet me first say that associate I dealt with at this location was very nice he did a very good job checking me in and checking me out, so I have no complaints about him. I do have an issue with the reservation process. Online I reserved moving blankets when I showed up they did not have any. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior that should have been more than enough time to make sure the blankets I reserved where available. Also I reserved a dolly, but this location did not have any, luckily the associate let me use his personal store dolly. Lastly the back of a truck had some sand and dirt I it, it should have been swept out prior to releasing the truck to me

Thane KWhen I picked up the truck, the doors was unlocked and had half eaten fries all on the floor.. the driver seat torn.. felt as if someone was living inside the truck…. I would ONLY recommend this location for after hours drop off! Better yet… don’t go!! Please be advise… I would ONLY drop off after hours to avoid any issues.

Roger SThe van I rented had dirty windows and low tire pressure. We waited over a half hour to pick up the van because the woman was dividing her time between liqueur customers and us. Very poor experience, I would never rent a vehicle there again.
Dominick MTried to check in for 45 minutes but he kept going back to his custody a liquor store. Called u-haul and said they checked it in for me. 4 days later got a call from u- haul saying I was late with the trailer. U haul from Navarre called and got this mess straight.

Liana PThey failed to inform me that it was 1 dollar a mile so when I turned my 20 dollar uhaul back in that I only had for a short amount of time and only used 30 miles it ended up being over 70 dollars I seriously would never recommend u-haul to anyone and I will forever tell no one to rent through u haul. If I was only informed that it would be by mile i wouldn’t be so angry with my experience.
Tristen Gthis is a convenience store. there was only one old guy working. he did not know how to use the computer system. it took him over an hour to figure it out, despite the fact that I already did everything online. there was constantly a line of 10-15 irritated convenience store customers behind me while the old guy went back and forth between working on the computer system and checking people out at the store. I had to go out on the lot an figure out which trailer was accessible and bring him back the trailer number. I had to hook the trailer up myself with no one from the location verifying it was done correctly nor checking the trailer out for any safety issues, nor checking its condition on checkout. I ordered 6 blankets when I checked out on line, but the guy behind the counter either didn't have them, know where they were kept, or simply forgot to give them to me. when I returned the trailer, the girl at the counter did not know how to check the trailer back in without saying that I returned the blankets that I never got. I would appreciate it if you would credit my card for the blankets I never received and the awful experience I had at this location. upon my return, no one physically checked the trailer in or helped me disconnect it; I was again on my own. I will never book at this location and suggest you seriously consider if this is the kind of representation of your brand that you want to put out there.

Jefferson BThere should really be jacks installed on the front of the trailers cause it is hard to get the hitch ball disconnected when it’s above a certain level. We had to fight it off and it was a pain in the ass. With one person
Edwin AStore owner has a piss poor attitude toward customers. Will never recommend this location to friends/family/Etc. Will drive 100 miles out of the way to another UHAUL location just so I don't have to deal with the store owner or the run down location.

charles eI was overcharged at checkout and they would not review what was incorrect or provide me with a paper receipt. I am on disability and I do not have internet access, but they told me everything was in phone and I needed to access my records and to call U-Haul to fix. Very unprofessional. You will be receiving a call once I can find information that is supposed to be on phone, but more than likely I will be calling from the library that has internet access so I can see exactly what I was charged. I believe I was charged a gas fee even though I brought it in well over the starting mark of a quarter tank.

Frederick MI'm wondering how using a truck for $19.00 ended up costing over $100.00. Could I get an itemized bill for it. I was told they didn't do the calculations til the end of the day so I didn't get a receipt at the time. So many others to mention.
