Guy was rude and told me he can’t take the truck here. But it was already signed in on the app. He was trying to make me move the truck after the drop off was complete which is against the uhual rules.

The service was great, and the location was perfect, but the vehicle was in rough shape. I had a vehicle with a "check gas cap" message and an the engine light on. This can definitely affect mileage. I feel there should be discounts if the vehicle is in disrepair.
