I rented a U-Haul and paid with a gift certificate that I purchased from U-Haul online for more than the amount needed, and they still charged my debit card in full and I am having to dispute the charges. I will never rent from this location ever again. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. They told me they would fix it and they never did.

Easy, professional. The truck rented was clean and well kept. Completely satisfied. Would recommend for a u-haul rental.

Both locations had excellent representatives. I made an online reservation for pickup at 8am at a specific location. That was the agreement. A few days later I received an email changing my pickup location but retaining the same time. Then on the way to pickup.the truck I recently email changing my pickup time to 930am. At that point I was very angry. To make matters worse, the rep had to resubmit the entire rental agreement. By the time she was finished I was over 2 hours behind. I had time constraints that made my move very frustrating. Then on the trip to the new location the truck check engine light came on. Fortunately I was able to complete the move and return the truck. Then I checked my emails and discovered that I was charged twice for the tow dolly and had to call the location and inform them of that error. My overall experience was awful. U haul can't "update a contract" without the agreement of the renter. That's breach of contract. You're scheduling department sucks, they're just terrible. BTW I'm a maintenance planner and scheduler, so my comments are based upon years of experience in the area of organization and asset utilization. I'd love to get a call from.one of uhauls managers. Furthermore, I think they need to refund the entire cost of the rental. A complete debacle!!!!!!!

I had rented an appliance dolly and this location failed to supply it. We had to go to a different U-Haul location to get the dolly that took time away from being able to load. The heater/air conditioner didn’t work in the truck. The selector switch was stuck in the off position, the fan didn’t work and the temperature control wouldn’t adjust. The windshield wipers streaked in the rain reducing visibility. This was the worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had.
