How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gentleman that was running this location was a temporary employee and needed to make numerous phone calls to find out how to use the computer system in order to process us out. It took over a half hour to check in a truck and trailer. I would recommend a little more training for the future. But he was very pleasant.

TERRENCE NI rented a U-Haul and paid with a gift certificate that I purchased from U-Haul online for more than the amount needed, and they still charged my debit card in full and I am having to dispute the charges. I will never rent from this location ever again. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. They told me they would fix it and they never did.
