I would consider replacing worn, dangerous tires that have the steel treads showing they are so bald with new tires. I had a blowout on the interstate, and when a guy finally came with a new tire he couldn't believe how illegal the bald tire that blew or the other tire on the other side were. You put me and my children who were in the car at risk with your negligence.Sara B.

I can't think of any improvements -- the office was so clean and very easy to locate. Greg pointed out a small crack in the windshield that we hadn't even noticed, which was very nice of him -- and Stephanie was fantastic -- knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, so poised and pleasant, and she quickly made changes to our reservation when I requested them. I made my reservation on line several weeks before I needed it. Was traveling from one town to the next to pick it up. Received a call en route basically telling me that UHaul was having a problem therefore there was only one truck and I'd better not be late or it would be given to someone else. I don't appreciate threats when I've done my part. I don't have the UHAUL app, didn't know about it, don't really want it. So I had not uploaded my DL to the app which was apparently a problem. When I finally got the truck which I had reserved for 8 hours I was told that since we were returning it after hours they would send my receipt the following business day which would be Monday. I returned it on Saturday evening. Then Sunday I get a call from UHAUL looking for the truck and wondering when I would return it. A bit of panic because I had returned it. When I spoke with UHAUL they wanted to know if I had marked it as returned on the UHAUL app. No I was not asked to do that. Just not clear communication and customer service left a bad taste.MELISSA H.

No one is there. You just leave the equipment in a parking area. Once you know what's going on it's ok. But if you're unfamiliar, or if you had a problem, you have to reach out to U-Haul.Dennis G.

DO NOT RENT FROM HINDS & HINDS! They billed my credit card for damage I did not do and tell me after the fact that the customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty inside and there was a pair of glasses in the dashboard area, so clearly they are not inspecting the vehicles. I suspect the guy who was sleeping at his desk when we picked up the van moved it after we dropped it off and backed into the overhang or maybe they are just straight up running a scam.Bethany E.
