Good helpful staff and trailer was good to go. Only wished trailer had a jack to lift and lower, so you have to do that by hand which with a full trailer can be tough, but this crew was legit and made it easy to take and return.

STEPHEN ZMy biggest complaint was that I submitted a new business credit card for this particular move - the agent at the Taos location assured me it was the right card being used. I even read to him the credit card numbers and expiry he said "yes that one will be charged" - while driving across country I received a message from my bank that the entire amount was taken from my BANK ACCOUNT - which is what I wanted to avoid! I called in and was told someone would be getting back to me... no one ever did, This greatly impacted the rest of my 1,700 mile journey and my arrival to my destination as well as a few other bills that come out of that account. Will not be using UHahl again!
Laura CInstructions should be more clear that the 24 hour drop off lot is in the back and not visible from the road. I found it but had to get out and walk. Not intuitive spot with a trailer connected to my truck.
