Excellent job well done. The truck that was set towards the front and easily accessible.
Louis TSent me a receipt after return, then sent an email the next day saying the truck wasn't returned. It was within a few hours of renting. Had to call the 800 number & the location to get it sorted out.
KRISTEN GTruck was in poor mechanical condition, need a wheel alignment, leaking gas, truck was near empty when rented, had to fill it which delayed our move. This truck needs attention before it goes out on another rental, we were stuck with it!

James IThere was a nice guy who helped me even though they were closed. The mobile access did not work and I had movers so they charged me every minute I was late.
Brooke HWhere do I even begin. For starters the woman was 20 minutes late to open the store. Apart from that there were about 7 people riled up outside that got vehicles repossessed. My contract was wrong on the fuel marker. The contract said there was about 3/8ths of a tank of fuel. This is incorrect. There was barely a quarter of a tank. Unfortunately due to the stress of the waiting outside with a bunch of enraged people I did not check the contract in store. (Yes, this is bad on my part) But I wanted to get out of there. Was in fear of our safety due to the comments coming from the other patrons about being repossessed. We returned the equipment with over a quarter tank of fuel. And are still being charged 50.00 for fuel that was mismarked in the first place. Would not go back to this location if you paid me to. Sad that I'm going to be out my 50 dollars, I was completely distressed. In fear of my safety, had to WAIT for the workers 20 minutes after they opened. Let's not forget the overbearing scent of marijuana in that building. Completely unprofessional. And that location should be investigated.

Corey RMake sure that your customer is satisfied I expressed a need for a dolly only to be told they had all been stolen and then I received not help for you guys to find one I was told to call Customer service on my own to gI a wild goose hunt to find one and because of your inconsiderate I had to wait an extra day to put my stuff in storage very unprofessional

Elizabeth TI arrived w/ a reservation for a truck, 26’, which wasn't there upon arrival. I waited 45 minutes before I was asked if I could use the 20’ truck, as I didn’t have a ride to the next closest location, 25 no miles away (inconvenient now and for return). Having lost 30% of the space, I wasn’t given a discount on the cost, but simply the mileage. Furthermore, no T&C’s were discussed (nor signature obtained) stating mileage was to be at 1/4 tank of gas. I was given a truck with 60 miles to E, as my roundtrips utilized 44 miles. Again, had I the truck reserved, mileage AND fuel consumption would have been less. I was then charged for fuel, which I never signed for. I was also informed I didn’t need to fill w/gas, as that was covered by the mileage charge. This is the WORST experience of a location (I’ve rented 10 trucks in my lifetime) and will never visit this location again. They are too focused on collecting payments, and repo-ing cars, then this avenue stream. Thoroughly disappointed in the experience, location, and excess fees which were never covered.

Dennis MOn the internet it said that the office closed yesterday at 5:00pm. We got there at 4:30pm and it was closed even though the sign said it was open. So I did the return online.
Nadia JUnprofessional. Did not have our equipment where requested. Told at last minute had to drive half hour away to get truck and auto transport. Got to the facility and it was unprofessional as well. The I guess manager ignored us and continued to speak to employees that constantly came in and out and answering phone while we were standing there waiting to be helped. This had already put us behind on moving. Then we’re good the auto transport was not there and that we had to drive another half hour away into IL. They also didn’t have the key to the truck. Then she had to get assistance on how to change info so I could rent it. It caused way more stress and put us way behind on moving. Then said she changed it to where we could drop off the equipment at our discretion which turned into more chaos and work and calling uhaul because they were going to charge a lot of additional costs when I was told it would not. I have had to call and wait on hold and request callbacks too many times to clear up problems. This was an awful experience on top of stress of moving across country. Disappointed to say the least.

SHAKARA MThe place was a hole in the wall. Had to go in the alley to pick up the trailer. No one to help me. Had the wrong size ball on my hitch. My fault. I asked did the have a hitch to rent. Her response, " No, you can buy one down the street at a auto parts store They only cost $12." $36 later, I hitch up and leave. The trailer had all kinds of lug nuts inside. I took it back and just drop it off back in the alley. Some random guy Un hooked it for me, and I left. I rented for 8hrs and took it back after 4. I will not rent anything from this location again. Wanted to get out of there before dark. Just shady.

ARMANDO GThere was a mistake on my receipt. I was billed for a fuel charge and I should not have been. I received the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas. I was told to and did return the truck with 1/8 of tank of gas. I took photos of the dashboard upon receiving and returning the truck. I need my receipt and refund to reflect the corrected billing amount.
Maria OThe location was fine. It was the overall experience with uhaul that was awful. You all changed my pickup location one day before. Much worse, uhaul tried to change my drop off location from my reserved while I had the truck to over an hour from the one I picked. Then the phone representative was very curt. And tried to convince me I had to drive further. Next time I will use a different company. I'm done with uhaul unless you are the only choice. Second bad move
bob rEquipment need to be checked before giving to the customer. My card was over charged by $113 because wrong mileage was entered for my rental. The odometer was also tricky. It constantly blinked. Glad I decided to take video when I picked up and dropped off vehicle otherwise I would not have been refunded. My son was overcharged at the same location which is why I took video in the first place. So glad I did.

gILES SReserving for U-Haul was unsatisfactory... Book in one location then they sent me to another location... Then tried to send to another location that was in the state in to me. I was forced to get a smaller truck that did not fit all my stuff. Over all my experience was very discomforting. The Hobart location were very good people to me.
Marlin VNothing, maybe explain how the rental goes, it was my first time and I wasn't aware. The staff were really nice. The truck wasn't new but was acceptable. I would recommend this facility and use them again in the future.
